Disappointing

Large Room, comfortable bed. Lots of car parking.

Finding a large clump of black hair in between the folded doona. Black mold around bathroom window frame on arrival. Coming back to the villa after being out all day and the Villa stinking of bleach. It burnt our eyes, windows had to be opened for hours in -1 temps. Some of the black mold had been removed from the window frame but not all. I am not sure why this couldn"t have waited till we checked out. Pillow needed to be replaced. Curtains had fluff on them. 1 chair for 3 people. A mini fridge would be great.

Terrible room, good location

The location

The pillows were terrible and you couldn’t control the room temperature so it was very cold! It was way too loud as we could hear people walking up and down the hallway outside, and we had two single beds!

Very clean, large room, great breakfast served at the Hotel zur Post 200m down the road. Helpful staff. Really appreciated the travel pass supplied by the hotel.

Comfortable Stay

The room was clean and spacious enough to accommodate 3 of us. Located three stops away from the city centre, the mobility pass given by Villa Ceconi was absolutely useful. We could even travel half way to Hallstatt with it. The location being slightly away from the centre ensured that our stay was quiet and peaceful. The bus stop was right opposite and the super market just round corner made our stay easier.

Would be great if they could change towels every 2 days.

Check-in at 4pm is a little late. However, they have a luggage storage, so you can roam around until the room is ready.

We were received with a very warm welcome from the friendly hotel staff, and very much enjoyed our stay here, especially the breakfast, which includes a wide range of very tasty savory and sweet, home made and locally sourced organic produce. Definitely enough to set you up for the day! A big thank you to the wonderful cook and friendly staff. We'd be back in a heartbeat!

1. Convenient Location: The bus stop is conveniently located right in front of the hotel. 2. Unique Architecture: The villa features a distinctive and eye-catching exterior design. 3. Strong Security: The property offers excellent security measures, ensuring guests’ safety.

Toilet/Bathroom Suggestion: Given that the family room has only one toilet/bathroom for four people, it would be more convenient to add a wash basin outside the bathroom to improve functionality. 2. Staff Communication: Staff should ensure more consistent communication with guests to prevent frustration due to last-minute changes. Before check in, the staff confirmed that they could safe keep luggages till 5pm after check out. However, the evening before check out, the front desk staff on duty insisted that all luggages must be claimed by 2pm due to holiday season. The sudden change in instruction had affected our plan. 3. Breakfast Suggestion: The organic breakfast provided high-quality food. To enhance variety, it would be great to include fresh fruits and vegetable salads as additional options.

Nice place to overnight!

The hotel room has a good size and small balcony. The staff kindly offered us fans to our two rooms as we requested. The free parking is front of the hotel building and easy to allocate our luggage.

The reception is located in about 300 meters away from the hotel rooms.

A good choice for one night

Location in a quiet area, spacious, clean and welcoming rooms. The villa has secure parking, with enough parking spaces. Anyway, a good choice to visit the city. Even if it is not in the center of the city, it was a pleasure to walk to see the tourist attractions.

I booked 2 rooms, we were 2 families who went on a 16-day road trip in which we had 11 accommodations (this being the tenth). Because I didn't have time to check if I have the required amount on my card, they canceled my reservation without any advance warning. It happened to me before that I didn't have the amount on my card and I got a warning that in 24 hours the reservation will be canceled if I don't pay. The initial reservations were without breakfast because it was at an extremely high cost (20 euros/person). But being desperate that both families had left without a reservation, I made a reservation again and booked with breakfast by mistake. I couldn't ask the other family for money dor the breakfast and I paid 80 euros (breakfast for 4 people). This made me uncomfortable. Anyway, 20 euro for breakfast is an unjustified amount. Breakfast, check in and check out are done in another location at a distance of 200 m, which is unpleasant.

Comfortable night

I liked the beautiful authentic austrian XIX century furniture. Also room temperature was excellent. It is usual to find the rooms a bit too much hot and thus was not the case. Also, the parking facility very much appreciated.

Great for non-bulky luggage travellers. No lift. Use stairs.

Value for money. Not much facility but the basic B&B are very decent.

We extended our stay in lieu of the good service but the service standard drops in the extended days. Trash were no longer cleared from the room.
