So good!!!

Everything was perfect!! The lady in the reception was so nice, helpful, full of informations… We even got public transport tickets for free!!! Excellent location with bus station across the street. And absolutely fantastic breakfast!!! Everything from small producers like cheese balls, jams, eggs, juices … Excellent place to stay and explore old town!!

The staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel had a great breakfast. The location was good.

Rooms accommodate 5 but I would not like to do it for more than 2 nights, it was a small room with no privacy. The beds were very soft or very hard.

We won’t be staying again. The main reason is the lack of air-conditioning.

It’s in a really good location, just a few minutes on the bus into the centre of town, and in return for paying the tourist tax you get free bus transport while you’re staying

The hotel does not have air-conditioning, which in the heat makes it a very unpleasant place to stay, especially if you’re not on the ground floor and you are receiving the heat from the rest of the building. They put fans in the room, but these are noisy and are not a pleasant way to sleep. The only option then is to open the windows to get some kind of air circulation in the rooms, and because the hotel is on the main road. It is very noisy in the morning. All in all I found it almost impossible to sleep, and my children Did nothing but complain.

Amazing relaxing and chilled place

This is a real gem, everything was great hear. All staff are very friendly and helpful, breakfast hear is amazing ,really book a breakfast you won't regret it even the honey is from their own bees that live at the back , definitely will be back

Nice Accommodation for family with paid car parking

For families, this accommodation is a fantastic choice. We particularly appreciated the exceptionally comfortable beds and the comprehensive range of facilities available. The apartment was spotlessly clean, and the car parking was easily accessible. The host went above and beyond, providing free bus tickets for city transport, which was incredibly helpful for exploring. Our overall experience was truly excellent."

Due to its location on the main road and the absence of air conditioning, opening windows for ventilation led to noise disruption. The broken bathroom shower was a considerable inconvenience during our stay. Additionally, we were disappointed that essential amenities like tea bags and water were not provided

Not worth the money

Not too many, and I'm not a hater. It just happen to be the worst and most expensive accommodation in our 11 days/6 towns (Oradea, Bratislava, Praha, Salzburg, Melk and Szeged) tour. The parking lot are quite small, but quite ok for 10euro. You could park also on the street, for free. Best thing is they help us obtain Guest Mobility Ticket SalzburgerLand, as the bus station is 20m away.

Is good/important to know that in Austria, if you want a room with AC and a fridge, you will get this only from a hotel chain/franchise. Even we know that we was taken by surprise by the dirty toilet bowl when check-in (prefer not to include the photo, but the owner could have-it, by request). Hope the "bio" thing is not referring to that aspect. As we have the room in the attic, the wi-fi quality was poor (unfortunately the mobile data is the same, but not for them to blame). We choose not to have the breakfast at the hotel. I do not get why they have a Dyson air purifier but not a small fridge (where to store the well known Mozartkugel that melt away in this condition). Whatever, as long as other guests are satisfied.

Nice hotel - clean and comfortable.

Clean and the beds were very comfortable. The staff were very helpful. We also liked the “green ethos” of the hotel.

It was quite expensive considering the standard of the rooms. They were quite basic - but accommodation in Salzburg is generally quite expensive.

Very pleasant stay for 2 nights and i highly recommend this hotel

Staff were very co-operative, i was bit late for the checkout (usual time before 10pm, Received a call at 08:00 pm informed them i would be delayed by 10 to 15mins, they waited for me until i arrive and handover the keys and explained everything and helped to plan for my next day routine Location wise it is well located from the central Salzburg hbf station. Bus no:1 will stop right next to the hotel. The WC restrooms are huge, same size as that of the bedroom. BIO products through out, good :) The Guest Mobility Ticket for free was a happy surprise for us.

Breakfast is bit pricey, above my budget constraints, so did not opt for it. I have booked 1 week before my arrival, so felt the price is higher, Booking.com did not accept the Hotel taxes online. So i had to pay taxes at the time of checkout,

A decent hotel with very kind staff, some 20 min walk from the center

Smooth check in, very kind and helpful staff at the reception desk, spacious room and well-equipped bathroom.

We had a room on the street side, which is very busy with traffic and noisy, so you have to keep the windows closed.

A long weekend with friends

The staff was extremely nice, the bedroom was very well clean and the mattress of the bed was super comfortable! Even though it's not located in the city center, the bus connections are really good, and the Guest Mobility Ticket for free was a happy surprise for us.

We chose not to have breakfast at the hotel as this was a bit too expensive for us.

A unique hotel experience for us, modern, comfortable and clear sustainability efforts.

Well provisioned breakfast buffet and cappuccino upon request. Organic and healthy offerings. We loved and support the family owners in their effort for a green and sustainably approach to hospitality. It was great to see the efforts being made on PV, composting, bee keeping, and a well built structure. On a convenient bus line into the old city. The Salzburg Pass works for that. A good Gast Haus/Restaurant in walking distance nearby.

Street noise was bad for few hours. I read in onsite material that rooms are differentially priced based on the noise matter but I missed any nuance on that in the booking.com listing. Room provided with a fan which allowed window closure which cut down on noise. A very well built modern structure!

Overall, a good stay for family with kids with friendly service and a great location.

We had a pleasant stay at the hotel. The location is very convenient, with a bus stop just a few minutes’ walk away, making it easy to get around. The staff greeted us warmly upon arrival, which made us feel very welcome. The room was spacious enough for our family and everything was clean, including the beds, which we really appreciated.

However, a couple of things could be improved. Some of the beds were a bit too soft for our liking, which affected the sleep quality. Also, having enough cups for everyone would definitely make things more comfortable. Lastly, while there are stairs to climb to access the room, they are wide and well-maintained, so not too much of an issue, but worth noting for anyone with mobility concerns.

Great for a quick visit

It was not in the city center but had available parking and a bus stop right out from made it a very quick jaunt into the old city! Staff were nice, rooms were clean and the breakfast was substantial. Some rooms more recently updated than others but overall no complains.

Would stay here again because of location and free parking

Hotel is a few bus stop away from Old Town. Parking for our rental car was available free of charge. Pillows and bed were comfortable. Reception personnel were really friendly and very helpful.

Shower drain was not draining well and your feet up to your ankle will be submerged in standing water while you are in the stall drying up. Shampoo and body wash had terrible smell and didnt wash well.
