Oil smell everywhere, avoid at all costs.

Some staff members are friendly, breakfasts are OK. Location is good considering transport accessibility.

Unfortunately we got a room above the restaurant kitchen. We could feel the cheap oil smell from the kitchen in the room at all times, especially 11:30-14:00 and 18:00-22:00 making it impossible to enter the bathroom or breathe normally, all our clothes still have the smell even days after we left. Rooms are outdated with low ceilings. Dirty carpets. Visible mold stains in bathroom. All of this for 160€ a night.

We loved every minute of our stay.

This is a lovely hotel, with very friendly and helpful staff, the location is out of town, which we knew when we booked it, but has easy access to into town via the bus net work, number 4 bus!, of which the hotel staff down loaded for us the free travel app. The room was clean and tidy, bathroom was excellent, and the food in the Restaurant is Fabulous!! It's just a shame it closes on Sundays and Mondays, so keep in Mind. We will return to this hotel most definitely , it also has good car parking, with no charge for parking either, it has excellent motorway access, which being so close to the motorway has easy access to other locations around Salzburg.

A good hotel with a good restaurant

This hotel is located on the outskirts of the city, with its own parking lot. When we arrived, they offered free E-bus passes called Guest Mobility Ticket (seems to be a municipal promotion to encourage public transportation), so we parked our car at the hotel and used them to explore the city. The hotel room was a decent size, but with our child, it felt a bit cramped after adding an extra bed. However, the breakfast was excellent, especially the Austrian Semmel bread, which the hotel makes deliciously. My whole family loved it. The hotel also has its own restaurant (called Kohlpeter Restaurant) downstairs, accessible from the ground-floor lobby. It's a great place. We dined there on both days, except for our first day in downtown Salzburg. The beer is also excellent; I saw quite a few locals driving in just to enjoy beer and chatting.

Ottima struttura in zona residenziale tranquilla

La stanza super spaziosa, luminosa, pulita. Il bagno comodo, ampio e finestrato. Letti comodi. All’arrivo la ragazza della reception è stata carinissima. L’autobus linea 4, con corse fino a tarda sera, è a pochi passi dall’albergo e porta direttamente in centro. Il ristorante ha accesso direttamente dalla hall, accogliente e con prezzi contenuti.

Desayuno muy bueno. El restaurante, es muy familiar, comida típica Austriaca. La ubicación es fantastica. Estas a 200 metros de la parada del Bus. Si utilizas el autobús de la Linea 4, os dejara cerca de los jardines de Mirabel, muy cerca del Altestad, ideal para visitar las casas de Mozart, fortaleza, etc... Importante, hay personal que habla perfectamente español.

A környék csendes volt, mégsem túl távol a belvárostól. A szoba mindenben megfelelt, volt benne minden, amire szükség lehet egy utazáskor. A személyzet is kedves volt.

Csak egyéni dolog: én teljes sötétségben szeretek és tudok aludni, de sajnos a függönyök nem teljesen sötétítették be a szobát (redőny nincs).

Frühstück war gut. Zwar nur Aufbackbrötchen (die dann oft zu dunkel waren), dafür aber viel frisches Obst und Gemüse. Kostenlose Parkplätze. Zimmer klimatisiert.

Kein Wasserkocher, Trinkgläser, etc. auf dem Zimmer. Zimmereinrichtung schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Zimmerteppich wirkte sehr abgenutzt und schmutzig. Dafür ist der Preis zu hoch.

Hôtel très propre et sympa. Pas très loin du centre ville. Personnel sympathique. Possibilité de parking devant l'hôtel. Ils ont accepté de nous changer de chambre pour avoir une chambre avec un balcon.

Le restaurant. Ce n'était pas terrible. Les plats n'était pas top et leur présentation non plus. Nous avons dû réclamer car la salade qui nous a été servie n'était pas celle que nous avons commandée et qui n'était même pas sur la carte ! Le service un peu long, et les prix un peu cher pour ce que c'était. En plus la serveuse s'est permis de nous demander de rajouter des pourboires lors du paiement...

Beim Einchecken erhält man die Fahrkarten für den Aufenthalt um in die Innenstadt und Umgebung zu kommen. Auto kann auf dem Parkplatz stehen bleiben und dann nutzt man die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel. Bushaltestelle in 3 Minuten um die Ecke, war super! Frühstück war ganz prima, alles da und sehr nettes Personal!.

The room was large, clean and comfortable, with a good bathroom. A kettle and mugs were provided on request and there was a fridge. Lovely breakfast and restaurant providing evening meal. All the staff were very friendly and helpful and provided excellent service.

Ruhige Lage des Hotels; mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln gut zu erreichen und gut mit dem Zentrum Salzburgs verbunden. Zimmer hell und sehr sauber, keine sichtbaren Abnutzungserscheinungen. Personal sehr hilfsbereit und immer freundlich.
