Excellent hotel

Very good value for money. The room was clean and well presented. The staff were friendly and helpful. The food at dinner and breakfast was delicious. It was also very helpful to receive the free bus pass to get around the city, because the bus stop is right by the hotel.

It was a good experience, but they need to improve the beds

Good location, close to the bus stop, nice parking lot, great food!

They don’t have couples bed ( full, queen or king). They connect two small beds that keep separating all the time. The mattress are too soft, I’d rather have a firmer one.

Great hotel to stay in Salzburg

Great hotel, with regular buses to the city center just around the corner. The hotel also offers travel card for the period of stay. Rooms are air conditioned. Great pool and lounge area, very stylish and comfortable. The breakfast variety is a bit poor, but they do have fresh juices and fresh fruits every day.

There was a strange sound from air conditioning and TV had only one English speaking channel.

Excellent Hotel Better Then Anticipated

This is one of the loveliest hotels in which I have ever stayed. Even though it sits next to a busy road, the hotel feels like one is out in the countryside with beautiful gardens, flowers, and the very style of the building and grounds. The interiors are beautifully and tastefully decorated with antiques and art work. The staff is extremely friendly, courteous, and attentive. The breakfast was excellent with fresh offerings. The dinners were very good and relaxing sitting at the white table clothed tables in the garden. The room was comfortable and very quiet. Bus to town is 5 minuets away. Great experience.

Excellent choice

The location is fantastic. Not far from the city center (15 min by bus) and the hotel provides for a bus ticket for the duration of your stay. Being a bit outside the city center you can enjoy a quiet and very relaxing atmosphere, spacious venue. The breakfast is rich and the restaurant offers Michelin star food for lunch and dinner. Staff is very friendly and accommodating. There is plenty of indoor and outdoor space to relax, including an indoor pool and a sauna.

I would recommend it to those who don't mind to stay outside the town. You will not be disappointed

The hotel is a charming place in a rural area not too far from the town. I especially enjoyed the atmosphere of the house, access to the spa and a wonderful restaurant inside the hotel. It was nicely decorated and the staff was very helpful and friendly.

Location of the hotel is a bit far from the center. This is a great choice if you agree to travel to the city and back, which was not an issue for me. Also there was some noise in the evening because of the party organized on the first floor of the hotel, but the staff helped to change for a quiet room at my request.

As usual.. very comfy classical architecture.. this us my first 2nd stay. In a quite place that will make your stay very relaxing… balcony was wow.. I sat in the balcony for an hour daily.. very meditating quality …time It was my first choice..and will be always. Restaurant had a Michelin stars, and food was delicate and sophisticated.

Exceptional

I liked the location, which was close to the center of Salzburg. The hotel was old fashioned, but was cozy. The rooms and bathroom were big, clean and comfortable. Additionally, the sauna and swimming pool were great to bei used throughout the day.

Unfortunately, there were some issues at breakfast. A wide range of sweets, cheese, ham and buns. The waiting time for getting a coffee was very long, which was a pity.

A lovely and unusual hotel with excellent service but not convenient if you do not have a car.

The staff were very helpful and competent. The design of the hotel was beautiful and the room we had was enormous, very comfortable and attractive. The gardens, restaurant area and swimming areas were lovely.

We arrived on Sunday afternoon and found that the kitchen was closed and that we could not get an evening meal and also that there was no restaurant in the surrounding district. There is a regular fifteen or twenty minute bus service just outside the hotel but it takes about twenty minutes to get into the town centre. The nearest shops are a considerable walk from the hotel. The weekday evening meal is very expensive and there are very few choices for non-meat eaters. I would not recommended the hotel unless you have a car.

Service was impeccable! It was 5-star service! Hotel was beautiful and breakfast was superb. Restaurant was elegant and traditional. Sauna, pool was so relaxing. Reception was very helpful in any kind of inquiries. I had a magical time; thank you!

I would recommend this hotel to everyone !

The swimming pool and sauna were fantastic and almost completely private. The breakfast was great : fresh orange juice, homemade jam and paté. fresh bread. bio eggs made on demand. We had a great stay. 15 minutes away with the bus from the old town.
