Nice hotel, clean, food options nearby, friendly staff. Location is only good if you have a car or are good with the bus. Not really located close to tourist areas and not a fast commute. The bus was late a couple times plus local traffic.

A long way out of town and limited choices for food. Much better places closer to the centre of Salzburg. Spend a bit more and enjoy your time in Salzburg. Car parking is not secure and in a dodgy area. Would not stay here again.

We were in room 232 at the very end of the hallway so it was very quiet! The staff were friendly and helpful. We were provided free bus passes to help us get around the town. We would happily stay there again!

The breakfast was excellent. Had many choices. A close; just across the street; Billa grocery store. Also had a very close restaurant that served very good food. The only downside was trying to find the hotel. They need much better signage!!!

This hotel was a perfect fit for our travels, easy to find off the autobahn, and a 15 min drive into the old city from the hotel. Parking was a slight challenge, although free, the lot was shared with other businesses which made it tricky to secure a spot, but it all worked out. Front desk staff was amazing, suoer helpful!

Very comfortable beds. Parking was confusing and not clear where we were allowed to park. We asked at the desk and sorted it, but because of a very busy restaurant nearby there was very little parking available. Nonetheless the parking was free, so that is a big plus compared to the prices of other hotels in town.

While the hotel seemed nice and was pleasing on the eyes. The stressful parking lot or lack of parking I may add for “free parking” as well as advertised “air conditioning” or lack there of. I picked this hotel based on the primary facts of Air Conditioning and Parking and this hotel failed me. I was told to give any feedback in the room tablet and I would be contacted. I did. Gave feedback and no response. Then upon checkout witnessed a young hotel agent argue with a Chinese couple about the price of breakfast. When in fact I was offered the same rate as the Chinese couple was and she charged them more then what the offer was. This was a place to sleep. But won’t be back!!

The stay was great and the location was also convenient with the bus/tram service to the Old Time. The place looked like it was a long way to downtown, but with the bus/tram it only took 15 minutes. Also, the fact that there was a buffet restaurant next door and supermarket makes this location very convenient.
