Good and Comfortable Rooms

Clean and comfortable rooms. Value for money. Free parking with a lot of space.

Friendly Staff, Cozy Rooms, Great Breakfast

Very helpful staff with a willingness to assist, and to our surprise, they gave us free public transportation tickets. Nice, rich breakfast and a warm room for the cold evenings.

The ventilation in the bathrooms could be better.

A night in Salzburg

Hotel is basic, Location is a bit out of city centre. That is ok for us because hotel provide free transport card. This card allow us to go as far as to St Gilgen & Moonsee. On top of that, hotel also provide delicious breakfast with multiple choice. Thank you so much!

I have no idea what 'Layer' means!!! Is this a mistranslation??? We liked the size of the room, the clean facilities, the lack of paper waste, the large breakfast. We also liked the convenient bus stop into central Salzburg across the room and there were restaurants and supermarkets within ten minutes walk. For circa £90 a night in Salzburg, you can't complain!!

Needed more pillows and the mattress was a bit thin. There was orange and apple squash at breakfast, not real fruit juice. The bread and semmel were a bit stale and they didn't replace items when they ran out. Hence no apples on Sunday morning.

The ac was not in the room, no coffee machine, no electric kettle, no tea, coffee etc, no shampoo and body wash. The basic needs should be in the room.

Worst customer service

Horrible experience at this place, they don't have a front desk and they never informed us that they will be closed at 10pm neither left us the instructions to get inside with the code therefore we couldn't enter the property and had to spend almost 2hrs at 1am finding a place to stay as everything was full in Salzburg that day, next day we called and they argued was our fault because we never informed our arrival time, thankfully Booking managed to reimburse our money. At the end we were happy not to stay there as the place looks way worse that in pictures, the area is far away from everything, it's super dark and felt somehow insecure.

The room had a lot of space, it was clean and the breakfast was good. I missed having more non-dairy options for yoghurts and for coffee oatmilk example. The staff were lovely and overall the price of the hotel is really good. The bus stop is right next to the hotel so getting to city center was easy.
