This hotel exceeded expectations! The entire place was clean, modern, and comfortable. The room was beautiful with a gorgeous view of the city. The breakfast buffet had a ton of choices and was delicious! Highly recommend cool mama!

Staff were all really nice, friendly, congenial and knew their way around the situation. All in all a jolly good show. The room was very nice indeed and you can sit about in the bath tub looking out across the snow capped mountain whilst watching generalised erotica on the television, which is always nice!! I usually enjoy a spicy cigar whilst bathing, but it was a no no due to the room being hermetically sealed around me, without the option of opening a window but if you are into that kind of stuff then it is a very good room indeed. Lots of interesting buttons to knock you bandy and keep you wondering where exactly the light is eminating from, under the bed? in the bathroom? by the minibar?, the lighting permutations are endless. The resteraunt was closed on the monday I checked in so I was a little hangry but on tuesday I visited the uppermost extremity of the edifice, and found the cuisine to be absolutely wonderful. The meal was absolutely amazing. I know food and so does their chef. The steak was the best I have had in weeks and the pepper sauce good. Do yourself a favour and check in for a few days of bathing and eating etc.

The hotel is very easy to access and is located in a pleasant environment. Upon our arrival, the receptionist was kind and helpful, and clearly provided all the information that could be useful during our stay! The room was clean and furnished in a modern style. It was full of innovative ideas, such as the bed, the bathroom, or the huge bathtub in the panoramic corner. The staff – including both the service and cleaning personnel – were extremely kind and helpful! Bonus points for offering electric car charging at a fair price! We will definitely be coming back! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED TO EVERYONE!

View from the room was stupendous. Restaurant staff were delightful and professional. Food was excellent (with the exception of the ribeye) A/C in the room would not get cold and lighting controls were fiddly and over engineered.

Property is clean and well kept and the sky restaurant has an amazing view and a good breakfast spread. Rooms are minimalist in design, which is a pro and a con. Limited furniture makes the room feel bigger but some guests may prefer a table rather than a single desk. Rooms on the north side of the building may experience some traffic noise due to the road below them.

We both absolutely loved this super cool hotel. Lots of little touches in the room made it feel extra special. All the furnishings are super modern and sleek. I liked the way the bed appeared to float and was illuminated at night to highlight that. The lighting, the bathroom, the hotel, it was all such fun and so well planned and thought out! The bathroom even had a speaker for music. The food in the rooftop bar was excellent - I had an vegan panna cotta for pudding, which was excellent, and the service was prompt and friendly. The wine was good, the beer was good. The view from the 360° roof bar was stunning, stretching across Salzburg and its suburbs towards the Alps. Prices in the bar were fair and the food prices were about right for Salzburg. My only criticism is: the queue to check in and check out was a little long. Everything else was perfect. I could have stayed in this lovely hotel a lot longer.

Smart new modern hotel with clean and well appointed rooms. Service at reception was excellent. However we visited the rooftop bar & restaurant as a group of 4 adults in casual clothes and footwear looking for a drink and a bite to eat, but were refused entry in very curt language because we were not appropriately dressed. This might have been one thing if we were informed politely or if there was another option for a place to get some food and a drink but this was the only option open, and the manner of the maitre d’ was mocking and derisive. A great shame as it left a very poor impression of what was otherwise a good well run hotel. And the breakfast was excellent!

Hotel is in good condition and elegant, but something puts me off. It almost feels a bit over the top, like one touch to much. For example. Restaurant us nice, food is great but each time someone gets up the chair it makes this terrible noise. Coffeee maker is hidden in a cabinet and has to be carried out first. The biggest problem. There are 2 underground parking. The 2nd one has no connection to the elevator, i had to carry 3 bags. Wow for this price and class nit acceptable

Beautiful room, everything was clean and the decor is modern. The staff was amazingly friendly and helpful. They were the best. I will definitely stay here again. The only negative, which is small - no iron in the room. However, they do offer laundry service if needed.

Safe, clean, modern hotel. Great location for getting around the area if you have a car. The slay restaurant and bar have great views! Breakfast buffet is good. Rooms are comfortable and clean. Easy freeway access. Parking is reasonable at €5 and secure. 10 minutes to center of town. Great value!
