There is no management in this hotel. From the minute we checked in at 5pm by one (very sweet) girl who was running the whole hotel (checking us in, making coffee, pouring beer, going outside to let people in the car park, while other guests stacked up. We were told our room might not be ready because the new housekeeping weren't cleaning the rooms in a timely manner. Then on the last day the same 'new' housekeeping barged into our room at 10am where a huge guy barged past me (it was scary) to start picking up our towels ands sweep our room. I could have been indecent, in the shower, bed. The cleaning manager came in to apologize followed by another girl while the guy kept cleaning like a maniac...it was like we were being evicted from our room 2 hours before check out. It was the weirdest hotel experience I've ever had and ruined the whole stay. It's a nice hotel but so badly run I'd say be prepared for Faulty Towers and abrupt, unprofessional service.

Exceptionally nice hotel and great location

Very expensive hotel and not providing enough value. Internet Wifi was not working during our 4 days stay. The room was cleaned once and yet no new towels were replaced. For an expensive stay of close to $300+ per night, no free breakfast either. And lastly, there is construction going on nearby that causes most rooms to wake up by 7 am.
