The hotel is located near the Salzburg's fairs. It's ideal for people who want to visit different fairs. It also only took us about 15 minutes bus ride to visit the the city center as well. That's what we like about the location. Staffs were friendly and willing to help. The hotel and the room was very clean and they took care of the cleaning plan very fast. The breakfast was very fresh and full, including warm and cold food and different dirnks. The view of the sky restaurant is also marvelous. They also gave us a city ticket for our whole stay with which, not only we were able to use the public transport, but also we took a day trip to the "Mondsee". I don't know if this was because of Easter or it is always available.
There is actually nothing. We are very happy about our stay and if there is a chance for a second visit of Salzburg, COOL MAMA is again our choice.

Property was good
I have asked for the room service to clean the room but they did not clean the room. They just folded the same blankets. They don’t have restaurants open on Sunday and Monday. Have to find restaurant at other places and those are far from the hotels.
