One of the nicest and most convenient hotels in Salzburg.

The room was very nice and very clean. Modern, good quality materials, bed comfortable, bathroom very clean, good water pressure - altogether a great room. Easy parking at hotel. Breakfast had a large assortiment - all that I had was tasty - the restaurant has a fantastic view of the city.

Clean, quiet and modern hotel.

Great modern hotel. It was clean. The beds are on the firmer side which was amazing for me. It is outside of the main tourist area but a short walk to two different bus stops that bring you right into the tourist spots. The mobility ticket made public transport a breeze. Great stay. We would stay there again.

Stay was fine but staff doesn’t seems to be polite.

Property was good

I have asked for the room service to clean the room but they did not clean the room. They just folded the same blankets. They don’t have restaurants open on Sunday and Monday. Have to find restaurant at other places and those are far from the hotels.

Pretty, modern, rituals toiletries ♥️ the room features are next level, with good breakfast at the higher floor, location is fine as well, friendly stuff. We were told that there was an option to get a free 24h public transport ticket from the hotel although it was communicated to us only after we’d purchased it on our own (getting this could be a nice value-add)

This stay had a potential to be extraordinary, however I additionally paid for a room at the 10th floor, asking in the special request to help us get a nice view if possible - well, we were accommodated on the side with some sort of an industrial building that we could see from all sides, perks of the higher floor indeed 😅 sure, I appreciate it’s the subject to availability as was said.. essentially, on Monday the hotel didn’t look super crowded and yet. The irony is that the weather was still so rainy, that one can’t see anything due to fog

You can't open a window. The pillows are not that comfortable and you have to pay for additional pillows.

Beautiful Hotel

What a fabulous hotel! We arrived before check-in and were given complimentary travel tickets into the city. Staff were amazing and very helpful. The room was the 9th floor and all modern facilities, clean, spacious, mini bar, coffee facilities and loads more. It's worth more than what we paid for bed and breakfast. We reserved a rooftop table for an evening meal, which was of a high standard, and watched the sun set, which ended our trip to Austria on a high note. Will definitely be back again.

Perfect place to stay when visiting Salzburg

Location of Hotel is away from the city yet walkable to the center of town. Location is perfect. We loved the modern styling of the room and the building. Very good views of the mountains overlooking Salzburg. Breakfast was very good and the views from the restaurant on the top floor were excellent. Access to center of Salzburg is simple by way of public transport bus.

Because of its location, the city center is at the palm of your hand. Very convenient to explore around. Rooms itself offer magnificent view over the Salzburg surroundings and higher floor, better view. Stylish, modern and more than hospitable. :) Whenever I'm coming to Salzburg, I'm definitely choosing this place to stay.

Ok-ish for the price but some things must be improved

The room was modern and things looked new The view was quite nice from the hotel Super nice view from the bar on the roof (though not all were open)

The rooms had no open windows, it felt stuffy The Wifi did NOT work in the room - they were unable to find a solution The hotel is far from the city - you will always need a car, taxi or bus - not convenient at all It misses amenities - no pool, gym seems like an improvised room

Quite cool hotel that needs fresh air

The breakfast and the view from the restaurant were superb!

The air was very stiff throughout the hotel. There is no chance to open any window, so the only way to get fresh air is yo get outside.
