Nice area to rest just outside Sazburg

Charming place run by a family just near the airport with scenic mountain views, but you don't really hear any traffic or planes! The staff are very helpful, breakfast was nice with a good variety of sweet and savoury food, and we were pleasantly surprised to have a guest mobility ticket to use around Salzburg.

Was difficult to control temperature in the room at night, couldn't find aircon settings, asked about borrowing a kettle, which they helped with, but was difficult to find instant black coffee to use with it.

Perfect, lovely staff and hotel

The staff were friendly and always happy and available to help, the cleaner tended to our room every day - it was immaculate! The hotel was clean and the breakfast was lovely. Our balcony over looked the mountains which we made the use of accompanied by the very well stocked mini bar and wine selection downstairs I honestly can’t recommend this hotel enough everything was perfect. A special thank you to Anna for looking after us in the evenings. Very easy to get around, bus stop literally a few mins walk which goes into Salzburg town, the train stations etc. very quick and easy to use and go on til late in the evening, they leave every 10mins. The airport is literally a 15min walk from the hotel too!

Everything was perfect but it would have been nice to have a kettle and coffee and tea in the room.

Best hotel I’ve stayed in for years.

The room was clean, modern and spacious. The location fantastic for getting into Salzburg central, a family run hotel where you can see they pride themselves on a great service. Would gladly stay for a lot longer if I’m this way again.

Recommended for its location, the quality of the breakfast, and especially the quality of the sleep

We were there for 1 night before our flight so of course we chose this hotel. Pros: Excellent location close to the airport: 3-5 minutes by car Or close to the bus station to the airport Or a 10-15 minutes walk Very Good Room: Spacious Totally quiet (and we are rather picky with this issue): not a sound, not from the neighbors, not from the corridor nor the elevator, no planes, nothing, Perfect! Firm mattress Good pillows These 3 pros allowed us a very good sleep which at our age is not easy to get Thanks!! Kettle with tea, coffee Plenty of electrical sockets for your devices to charge Shower: Very hot (if you like it, and we did) Breakfast Superb, you cab even find smoked salmon Parking Enough spaces available, would you need to return your rental to the airport branch Bus station to the center of Salzburg, just a 3 minutes walk to the bus stop And the fare is free as included in the local tax paid with the room. The staff: Helpful and smiling

We would have liked more lamps and better light in the room in the evening, and a stronger stream in the shower The cost of the room is not cheap but this hotel is worth it

Convenient to airport

Check in process should have been shorter . Was asked to sign forms that were written with non-English clauses. Had to ask for translation. Water temperature in shower was erratic. Breakfast buffet was lacking in quality. For the price of the room there should have been a higher standard.

Awesome hotel

Was very lucky to get the corner room on the second floor (Venus room if I recalled correctly). From what I saw, it has the biggest balcony area (the whole L shape to the side of hotel!). Room was absolutely gorgeous, newly renovated and huge! Awesome view from balcony. A pity that I only stayed for one night, will be back!

Disappointing Stay Due To Woman Owner .

The property was ok

The rudeness of the woman who own the property was without a doubt disgusting. She was discourteous to say the least. Her rudeness towards us spoilt what would have a fabulous experience. She even went so far as to take a table away from us while we were sunbathing! I feel she knows nothing about customer service! She was rude to other staff in front of us! I have travelled all over the world and she is by far the rudeness person we have met!

A very nice place to stay and relax near in Salzburg

Very helpful and friendly staff. Upon check-in, a tour of the hotel was given. The breakfast was super good. Good view from the balcony. The surroundings were pleasantly quiet. A nice pond in the yard, where it was nice to cool off in hot weather. A nice dinner place was a short walk away.

As it was exceptionally hot weather, an air conditioner would have been very helpful.
