W Madllhof z żoną byliśmy już 4 raz. Jak zwykle wszystko było doskonale przygotowane. Apartamenty są czyściutkie, dobrze wyposażone i bardzo funkcjonalne (tym razem wzięliśmy apartament z sauną). Madelhof świetnie nadaje się jako baza wypadowa do zwiedzania okolicznych atrakcji ( a jest ich mnóstwo). Znakomity stosunek jakości do ceny. Już zastanawiamy się z żoną kiedy przyjedziemy tam znów. Polecam.

In generale siamo stati bene e lo consiglio se si cerca una posizione nel verde ma alle porte della città.

Abbiamo affittato per alcuni giorni l’appartamento con 2 camere da letto al primo piano: camera matrimoniale e bagno molto confortevoli, la cameretta è un po’ un corridoio con una specie di lungo divano in cui vengono sovrapposti sottili materassi e si trasformano in 2 letti che risultano comunque comodi; cucina attrezzata con lavastoviglie e macchina del caffè con cialde Nespresso. Abbiamo apprezzato anche il balcone con sedie e tavolino. Pulizia impeccabile. Appartamento in generale molto curato nei minimi dettagli. Fornito dei beni di prima necessità: detersivi in cucina, strofinacci,sale, pepe, carta igienica , sapone e doccia schiuma nei 2 bagni (uno dei quali solo con wc e lavandino, molto molto utile). Al piano terreno disponibile la lavanderia a pagamento. Disponibile anche garage con ascensore. La casa si trova in posizione molto tranquilla in zona di campagna; l’aeroporto è molto vicino ma non si sentono rumori. In circa 15 minuti di auto si raggiunge il centro di Salisburgo. Abbiamo fatto il check-in autonomamente, grazie anche ad un video tutorial inviato dalla proprietaria, che si è resa subito disponibile a risolvere un piccolo problema dovuto ad una nostra esigenza non specificata anticipatamente.

Schöne Wohnung, top Lage.

Die Wohnung war sehr schön und bestens ausgestattet. Auch die Lage war ideal: nur wenige Minuten von Salzburg entfernt und gleichzeitig in unmittelbarer Nähe zu zahlreichen touristischen Attraktionen. Besonders empfehlen können wir das Salzburger Freilichtmuseum, das sich ganz in der Nähe befindet.

Es gibt wirklich nichts, was uns nicht gefallen hat – wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und kommen sehr gerne wieder.

المكان نظيف وقريب من اوتلت سالزبورغ يمكنك الذهاب له سيراً على الأقدام ، الشقه هادية ومريحه ، الحي نظيف وهادئ ، يوجد موقف سيارات مجاني أسفل الفندق ، الدخول للمسكن آمن من خلال كرت خاص ، كان الحر شديد وطلبنا مروحه إضافية وتم تلبية الطلب على الفور.

الرجل الذي استقبلنا كان على عجله من أمره ، من الجيد أن يقدم المضيف للزوار بعض النصائح الخاصه بالمنطقه مثل الأماكن السياحية والمقاهي والمطاعم.

Relaxing, well equipped and enjoyable summer stay over 3 wonderful sunny days made for a very special stay in Salzburg.

Minimalist luxury, clean and sound proof self catering ‘apartment’ with contemporary alpine chalet type style. Great out of town location for a quieter stay. Hotel-style door cards and very good build quality of the guest accommodation gave a very welcoming feel. The owner was very accommodating to our slightly early arrival and the place was spotless.

Not much, set amongst working agricultural fields which was charming meant you had the atmosphere and minor whiffs of the fields but that would only be applicable at certain times of the year.

Notre chambre dans le nouveau bâtiment était un véritable petit appartement de charme, propre et parfaitement équipé, au calme tout en étant proche de Salzbourg. Nous avons aussi apprécié le parking souterrain gratuit, la possibilité de laver le linge et l’accueil souriant.

Quiet! Beautiful area. Balcony was amazing for morning coffee.

Absolut TOP Unterkunft

Diese Apartments sind einfach absolut fantastisch. Sehr schön und sehr modern eingerichtet mit allem was man braucht. Komplette Küchenutensilien sind vorhanden, 2x WC's, TV's, es hat einfach alles und wir haben uns ab er dem wir eingetreten sind wohlgefühlt. Es hat eine Tiefgarage und Lift, elektrische Storen, WLan, usw. Am Samstag gibts feine Sachen aus dem Hofladen. Einfach alles TOP!!! Unterkunft wie auf den Bildern. BRAVO

I loved everything about it. The place is amazing the the apartments are beautifully put together. I loved the hosts they were very sweet and welcoming. The surrounding barn is so nice as we were able to go see the animals just outside. This will always be my go to place in salzburg.

Incomvenient, overpriced & poor hospitality

It was clean, almost new and modern (eg. Electric showers) and quite well self contained (oven, stovetop etc). Surrounds are somewhat nice.

Main issue is staff have no hospitality training of any kind. The place has all the superficial aspects, but lacks a little depth on things which matter. - No aircon or fan of any sort. Summers are getting hotter and hotter ! We called to ask for a fan. Told, no fan and to boot we're lucky as we have the coolest apartment so just open the window, the bugs should be gone by now. A decent fan costs €40. - In the middle of nowhere and they dont prepare you with a small carton of milk or coffee or anything for breakfast. Nor any real self contained instructions for groceries or restaurent. Basic common sense. Milk, coffee & bread costs €5. - No English viewing on tv of any kind - ie. Netflix or basic tv. Normally I wouldnt care but at this price point I do.

The perfect stay in Salzburg

This was my favorite location I've stayed at in a month of traveling. It's quiet and peaceful and extremely clean. The facilities are perfect. The host is very friendly and thoughtful. On Saturdays she opens her store in the lobby and you can purchase local goods. Her bread is excellent. They also have a vending machine that contains pretty much everything one might want in a pinch, such as beer/wine/butter/coffee/pickles/chocolate etc. I can't recommend this place enough. I stayed an extra day just because it felt right. I would stay longer if I could. 10/10

I liked everything about my stay. The only thing that some people might not appreciate is the occasional odors that drift in from the fields/farmland. It's a bonus for me personally. I absolutely love the smell.

The property is built and maintained to high standards. The apartments are very spacious, clean and well equipped. There is underground parking. Laundry facility is also available . It is close to the city and right next to Salzburg airport.
