Amazing hotel. So welcoming, comfortable, stylish, clean, just perfect. So great for families. The pool and spa area was the best I've been to. With the mountain views from the steamy hot pool. Breakfast was fantastic. Staff were so friendly. I really didnt want to leave.

This was a great hotel to spend our 25th anniversary. The Spa treatments are heavenly. The staff was friendly and helpful. The rooms were super clean and the bathrooms were equiped with heated floors. We were there in December so that was nice. The hotel is outside of Salzburg and it is quiet and tranquil. Just what we were looking for.

This was by far the cleanest property i have ever stayed at. We had dinner at the onsite restaurant. We tried the locally grown harvest dinner and it did not disappoint! We did not stay long enough to use the spa. 5 minute drive from the airport.

A truly wonderful property all round!! Clean, well appointed rooms, amazing breakfast, lots of outdoor seating in beautiful garden, delicious food, plentiful complimentary amenities and friendly, helpful staff everywhere. I would highly recommend staying here:it is a wonderful oasis, has an amazing view of the mountains and is very close to Salzburg. Only wish I could have stayed longer! My one recommendation for improvement would be to lower the pool temperatures as they were all on the warm side, especially the large one which was like bath water.

My family enjoyed a beautiful stay at the Laschensky hotel. We had the family suite with an amazing view of der Untersberg. We are picky about beds and found ours to be very comfortable. There was a great playground to help keep our kids happy while we all adjusted to the new time zone.

Wonderful stay just 10ish mins drive from the city center. I would be happy to stay at Laschensky again. I got Laschensky recommended by a friend whom used to live in Salzburg and it really delivered on its expectations. We were traveling with our baby daughter and it was great to have her swim in the heated pool together with the rest of us. The only thing missing was a bumper for the baby bed. It would be great if the hotel would acquire such before our next visit :-)

Wow! What a fantastic hotel. Due to the heavy snow falling we were worried about travelling the 11/4hrs from Bad Gastein to the airport in the early hours of Saturday morning, so decided to book a room at Laschenskyhof on Friday night. So glad we did as this hotel is fantastic! The rooms are more like suites, clean, comfortable, spacious and the en-suite bathroom was superb! The views from the balcony over this quite part of Salzburg and the surrounding mountains were beautiful! We had a meal in the restaurant from a vast menu which turned out to be one of the best dinners we have eaten from the area. As we were only 1.6km from the airport we expected the meal to be the most expensive from our holiday, but no! It was in fact it was the cheapest! Again in the morning the inclusive buffet breakfast (hot & Cold) was very filling! Throughout our stay the staff were very friendly and couldn’t do enough for us. We thoroughly recommend this hotel for either an overnight stay before your flight or infact a stay over several days to visit Salzburg and the surrounding area.

We really enjoyed our stay in this hotel! It was a beautiful and cozy hotel, with a restaurant on the property, which was a plus. Continental breakfast was included in our stay and absolutely delicious!!! My only disappointment was that the rooms do not have air conditioning (although I heard thats common in Austria). However, we went in July and it was really hot! Maybe A/C can be added in the future?? Just a thought... Otherwise, lovely hotel, very family friendly, and I would recommend it! Beautiful and peaceful landscape and surroundings.

The hotel is clean and has a good breakfast. Unfortunately, it has major construction taking place immediately next door. The noise begins promptly at 7:00 am or so and continues throughout the day into the early evening. The hotel has no AC and while we were there it was very hot. The photos on the site make it appear as if the hotel is in a nice rural area. It is not.

Our family of four enjoyed our connecting rooms. Furnishings were traditional and in good condition. Nice balconies with views of the surrounding mountains. The daily breakfast was of high quality and served in the gasthous pleasant restaurant, with excellent views of the mountains.

This hotel is a must if you are visiting Salzburg. The owners and staff demonstrate a high level of excellence in hospitality. Food is terrific and locally produced, some from the farm on which the hotel is located. The rooms are spacious and immaculately kept. A bus leaves near the hotel for a twenty minute ride to Salzburg every fifteen minutes.
