Excllent experince at a lovely hotel

Excellent hotel. Extremely friendly staff and a fabulous hotel. The bust stop is directly outside the hotel, so travel to town is so easy. Breakfast was lovely. I would definitely stay here again.

Excellent stay thanks to the hotel’s comfort, cleanliness, and attentive service.

The hotel was comfortable, clean, and the service was excellent. When my original room didn’t have Wi-Fi coverage, the staff handled it quickly and moved me to another room the next day, which solved the problem.

The location is a bit far from downtown, around a 20-minute Uber ride, which might be inconvenient if you’re traveling for business.

Modern rooms, outstanding breakfast.

We loved our stay here. The room was modern, spacious, and thoughtfully equipped with everything we needed. Breakfast was exceptional — both in quality and variety — easily one of the best we’ve had. The location is perfect for exploring Salzburg and the surrounding area. A real bonus was being able to head straight out for a run or walk along the nearby river — absolutely beautiful.

good 2 day stay in lovely hotel.

this hotel is very nice. rooms are nice, efficient. we had a room with a walk out porch with chairs, very nice. one of things i have issues with is showers. this hotel had a very nice hand shower that you could start water, then place on wall. very good. i would give this hotel a 10 instead of 8 if weren't for two things; 1. our reception was not what it should be. 2. i could not find one English speaking tv channel. needs to have. one of best parts of this hotel is bus stop is just 50 yards away, and city bus is free to tourists. a great advantage. glad we stayed away from city center.

It’s clean and well presented. It’s a tapestry of medieval architecture with modern art. I loved it!

Accommodation was nice. Facilities available were nice (had indoor and outdoor kids playing area which the kids enjoyed). Breakfast was really nice and sumptuous. Bed was comfortable.

Paying money for someone to switch on the electric charging. Would have been nice if it was automated like in public charging stations so you pay and the charging starts.

It was located right on a bus line to down town. The area was clean and quiet. Very airy feel to it.

Location was quiet, but easy to get into town. Staff were friendly and very helpful

My room was in the older section which had no air con, so hardly slept due to the heat in the room (outside was high 20's during the day) There also wasn't any safe in my room. My friend's were in the newer part which had air con and safes.

The hotel has a newer building and an older building. We stayed at the older building which was too old fashioned for me, and overly priced.

The perfect place to stay in Salzburg. It is relaxing, peaceful and spotlessly clean. Also fantastic breakfast too. The location is excellent, right by the bus stop or 30 minute nice walk to the old Town city center. Very quiet area. We will definitely come back again!

One of our favorite places

Everything went well: the room is nicely furnished, the view from the balcony is spectacular, the breakfast is one of a kind and the hotel's staff is smiling all the time.

The room was super cozy, great view from the balcony, breakfast was absolutely fantastic! I went down both evenings to the wellness center for the sauna, it is a really nice option especially as it has been sooooo rainyThe walk in to town was 15/20 minutes scenic and pretty if you go the trail way .

The rooms are beautiful and clean with a lot of great touches,but when I first checked in had to open the balcony door and window to air out the deodorizer spray that had been very liberally dispensed in the room.. if you are scent sensitive let them know before hand to not spray the room. Had a very uncomfortable situation in the sauna which I solved on my own but just a heads up you solo lady travellers.

Fantastic breakfast. cosy and quiet rooms, private parking right infront of doors, friendly reception & staff, great connection to the public transport - 40 meters to the bus station. If you search for awesome accommodation, this is right choice!

Wellness could be better. There were 3 saunas but no pool or whirlpool.
