Everything was absolutely wonderful from the reception to the checkout. The room and the view were breathtaking, and the hotel’s location is right in the heart of nature. The restaurant was incredibly delicious, and all the staff were very friendly. The breakfast was amazing — everything was homemade. The hotel’s restaurant deserves a 10/10. I highly recommend it for relaxation and rejuvenation. I’m so happy I stayed here:)

We absolutely loved our stay! Everything was perfect – from the delicious breakfasts to the beautiful pools and stylish interiors. The atmosphere was so relaxing, and the staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful throughout our visit. We couldn’t have asked for more and would love to come back again.

The only small issue was that my son had a sofa made up into a bed, which wasn’t very comfortable for him – he would have preferred a zed-bed. Otherwise, everything was perfect and we’d love to come back again.

Beautiful, luxurious, calm stay with friendly staff and a prime location just outside the city

The guest services were very friendly. We needed help rescheduling a tour we booked and the front desk staff helped us out. Also, the breakfast was maybe the best hotel breakfast we've ever had! Many options. The pool and sauna area is relaxing are very relaxing.

Great place to escape

Rooms, where very well designed plenty of space, places to sit, and view the out doors mountain scenery. Never been to a European spa, I felt this may have been the best. I can't imagine there being a nicer one. So many options , the facility was very large, clean and modern. The breakfast offerings also very large, Not many things i could imagine them having. very filling.

Parking was tough, but this is a busy place with the restaurant and the conference center they offer

Perfect family vacation

Loved this place and already planning our next trip so that we can stay there again. Super family friendly, everything was so comfortable and easy. The breakfast was next level! Our daughter has celiac and they had plenty of gluten free options for her, including cereal and muffins. The family pool is amazing as well, and the location can't be beat.

it was a warm few days (28 degrees) - so opening corridor windows, cranking up the air conditioning so the communal areas were not so warm and stuffy would have been more comfortable.

Rooms were comfortable and clean and quiet. The breakfast buffet offerings were impressive and the evening dinners were excellent. The views from the hotel were also beautiful.

Modern, stylish and comfortable. Convenient location. Not quite as luxurious as expected.

We enjoyed our stay a lot. The room was quite spacious, modern and the beds very comfortable. The adult spa area was well appointed and not overly crowded. The hotel is very child-friendly and has a big playground outside. However, almost the entire spa area and the hot tub are only for adults, so it was a shame not to be able to visit all of these areas with our daughter.

The indoor-outdoor pool was not quite warm enough to be comfortable (in cold weather). Everything was generally quite stylish and modern, though a few things were not quite as luxurious as we expected (i.e. the towels in the room were quite scratchy and the soap in the bathroom was not particularly nice). Small details like these make the difference (for me) between a "normal" hotel and a luxury hotel.

Excellent Hotel where to regenerate mind and body

I loved everything, from the warm check-in, lovely staff, spa, food, rooms, all was literally perfect. I was traveling with my wife and she agree this hotel is super for families, couple or working travel.

My husband and I have just returned from a 3 night stay at this extremely pretty hotel. it is perfectly located and the surrounding views are outstanding. The view from our hotel room of the mountains. The staff dress in traditional attire and is managed by a family. The food and drinks are also very good. The breakfast buffet offers lots of choices and caters to all. The Spa looked very inviting but unfortunately we ran out of time to be able to enjoy this. Hopefully next time.
