Hotel war in Ordnung, würde aber kein zweites mal kommen

Schöne Zimmer mit Balkon und bequeme Betten. Seperate Dusche und WC, Frühstück abwechslungsreich und sehr lecker! Freundliches Personal, Bushaltestelle direkt vor der Tür.

Zimmer hat leider gemodert und nach Schimmel gerochen, Kissen waren viel zu hoch, 15 € extra für TG finde ich persönlich zu teuer

Comfortable Clean Modern Room

Room was modern and a good size, it was cleaned every day. Bed very comfortable. Staff friendly and helpful. Bus stop to town is right outside which is free when you pay the city tax. Buses very regular. We felt that the hotel was in a good location and close to the airport.

Would have liked clean towels over our 3 night stay. The breakfast was €15 each if you pre-booked €18 if you didn't, we felt that the offering didn't warrant this price but it was more for the convenience.

A comfortable and relaxing experience in Salzburg

The location and the online check in and check out facilities are superb. The room is spacious. The staff are super helpful. The facility to store luggage in advance of check in was convenient. We also appreciated the welcome fruit and bottle of water. Public transport is easy to get from the hotel. The room heating is comfortable and overall, it is a very good experience. Strong WiFi.

Lighting in the room is a little inadequate. On the final day, I felt that the floor was grimy and had not been properly cleaned.

Comfy, clean, great value hotel

Comfortable, clean, modern hotel on No.1 bus route to old town, centre, & railway station. Friendly, helpful staff, great breakfast, pretty gardens. Convenient for visiting all the sights. Large fridge in room useful (but a bit noisy). Good hot shower, basin, separate toilet (needs hands sanitiser for hygiene!) Our room 106 was double aspect, light, & quiet, being away from main road.

לא אהבנו את הניקיון בחדרים, את היחס של הפקידה קנינו 4 כרטיסי זלצבורג בעלות 120 יורו. שבאנו להחזיר אותם באוטו יום כי לא השתמשנו בהמם, אמר לי בגלל שרכשת במזומן לא יכולה להחזיר לך אם היית קונה בכרטיס אשראי הייתי מחזירה לך, פשוט יחס והתנהלות מבזה מגעילה ועוד לא להתחשב ולהחזיר לי את הכסף שזה זכותי לקבל בחזרה, ביקשתי לדבר עם מנהל אמרה לי שאין מנהל היום. ממליץ לא להתקרב ולא להגיע למלון הזה. ביקשתי למלא מים בבקבוק לשתייה אחד העובדות רצה למלא לי מברז של הטבח. ויש עוד מלא דברים. אני הולך לפרסם פוסט ארוך על זה בכל מקום.

Beim Check-In der junge Mann, super kompetent und entgegenkommend.

E Ladestation wird vom Hotel angeboten, man darf aber ur 180 Minuten laden, danach sehr teuer. Ich war um 21.30 mit leeren Batterien beim Hotel. Wie soll da eine 100 % Aufladung funktionieren. In 180 Minuten? Soll man da nach Mitternacht aufstehen um das Auto abzuhängen. Angeblich gehört die Anlage nicht dem Hotel, das interessiert mich als Gast aber nicht, da Angebot vom Hotel. Es war für mich ein Auswahlkriterium. Zimmer ganz ok, aber total herunter gekühl, sehr unangenehm. Duschgel leer. Ich bin ohne Frühstück abgereist.

My stay there was smooth. I enjoyed the time of staying there.

The place was quiet, which I liked. Several bus and tram stops around it made it easy to explore the city. The breakfast was also quite good, with a good variety of choices.

I wish the room's light were a bit brighter than it is now.

Handig dat er een garage is. Vlakbij de bushalte. Bij het verblijf kregen we een voucher om gratis van alle openbaar vervoer gebruik te maken.

Staff were new trainee didn’t know much which costed us spending more 150 euro as we had mobility pass which covers transport but they didn’t know to go to Hallstatt, we can take bus from Salzburg station to a location and then by Train, they guided us by train and we had to pay 244 euro for return ticket , which in the evening other Fellow travellers from India told us about that they manangrd in 35 euros, it’s big loss due to unawareness of new trainees,

Struttura carina e pulita colazione buona. Prezzo altissimo ma era Pasqua. Zona carina leggermente fuori dal centro, ma raggiungibile con il bus che si prende subito fuori dall’hotel.

Troppo caldo di notte. La temperatura non si può diminuire al di sotto dei 21 gradi. Materassi un po’ troppo morbidi ma letto enorme. Poche info da parte dello staff.

Nous avons occupé une chambre familiale à 3 personnes. Elle était très grande, moderne et bien équipée. Nous avons été très bien conseillés à l'accueil pour les visites, parking... Le petit déjeuner était également varié et copieux.

Sehr individuell und schön eingerichtete Zimmer, freundliches Personal, gutes Frühstück. Gute Lage, die Bushaltestelle ist quasi vor dem Hotel und damit erreicht man in wenigen Minuten die Innenstadt.

Gemütliche Optik der Zimmer, Tiefgaragenparkplatz mit E-Auto-Lademöglichkeit, getrennte Toilette und Dusche, freundlicher Empfang.

Separater Kosten für den Tiefgaragenplatz, generelles Salzburger Preisniveau sehr hoch, nicht so tolles Frühstücksbuffet (haben wir in Österreich bislang ansonsten gemütlicher und liebevoller kennenlernen dürfen).

Sauber, ruhig. Bequeme Betten. Wir haben ein kostenfreies Upgrade bekommen. Sehr freundliches Personal. Bushaltestelle direkt vor der Tür, Busse fahren tagsüber sehr oft. Tiefgaragenplatz gegen Gebühr zubuchbar.

Sehr enges Badezimmer. Frühstück könnte etwas umfangreicher sein, ist aber okay. Man muss sich auf eine von zwei Frühstückszeiten festlegen.
