Didn’t match up to expectations.

The rooms were clean and decor nice. Breakfast spread was good.

This is more of a motel with some newly furnished rooms, it is not a boutique hotel. There is no concierge/front desk/lobby and attempts to get in touch with staff were ignored (we received automated messages from an AI bot but never any response from an actual staff member). The property is on a main, busy road and there is no sound proofing, we could hear the music playing inside the cars that were passing by. The downstairs “cafe” is not open to the public and only open whilst the breakfast is bring served, despite this staff at the cafe were not able to help with queries relating to the hotel as they said it was a separate business and coffee was not included in the breakfast and had to be paid for. Room layout is a little confusing, there is no bathroom, rather the toilet is in a separate room but the shower is separated from the bedroom just by frosted glass and the sink is right next to the bed.

Clean hotel, easy access was nice. The room was a good size and it was comfortable.

The location wasn't great but it was good for the price. You can take public transportation to get to the old town from there and the train station isn't too far.

Wonderful

I ve been a little bit afraid when i booked the room..... But ive been mistaken ! It was unexpected wonderful !! Only 10 minutes walkinf from down town. Very clean, comfort beds, very smart tech - room and wonderful breakfast at the amzaing back yard. Ladies at breakfast were so gentle and smily. I had a wonderful time there

First time in a boutique hotel…very cool & impressive. The location was great, the hotel was quiet, the cafe was yummy, & the staff was super. Would return tomorrow.😊

Generally, the hotel was clean and the host was supportive. The location was perfect and convenient.

The room was quite small for 3 pax. Self check-in was comfortable. They have luggage storage and lounge if you arrive early. Host was attentive and welcoming. Location was perfect and easy access to public transports, stores and restaurants.

Parking was quite far from the hotel.

Very modern place, clean and nicely designed. It is a nice longer walking distance from the center, path is great though as along the river. You may also rent bikes.

Felt like a robot hotel. No staff to help. Queries answered wrongly by an AI robot. The worst ever elevator music so much so that a walk up four floors was preferable. No one to turn to for assistance if required.

Comfortable, clean and stylish room with everything we needed and as described. Lovely shower and great aircon and black out curtains for a good night's sleep. Would recommend.

Not a big problem, just be aware the hotel is not in the most exciting part of town but with easy city access on foot or by public transport.

Comfortable, clean and in a great location

Well appointed room at the end of a quiet corridor in the hotel. Check in was easy and if you arrive early you can store your luggage in their luggage room. Good launch point to see Salzburg without being in the touristy area.

The road directly out front of the hotel will project a lot of traffic noise so if you're a light sleeper bring ear plugs.

Great location, clean room and common areas and friendly staff. Super easy to come and go with the door codes.

The cafe was closed when I got there (aroun 11:30am ) and would have loved a coffee after my all nighter travelling to get there.

A pleasant lace to stay with helpful staff and not too far from the centre.

Nice facilities with a lift, separate toilet and shower and basin in the room. A bit of a walk but not too far from the station. Good to breakfast at their cafe below.

The breakfast and the rooms were very nice. Even though the surroundings of the Hotel are not super beatiful, it is located in a strategic point.

The couches in the area of the lockers could maybe be used for staying a bit after the Check-out, especially in winter :). We ordered a coffee with non-lactose milk and at the end they provided it with lactose milk.

Arrived couldn’t enter. Another couple told us we had to fill out an online form. We did still no entry code slipped in. No one to speak to. No person onsite had no code so afraid to leave and come back. So we left rented a different hotel.

Overall, really great little hotel in a fab location for a short break in Salzburg.

Great location, only a 15 minute walk to get to the old town. Rooms are furnished very nicely, quirky but good layout and very modern looking. On-site cafe from 7am-2pm with very friendly staff.

Rooms aren’t cleaned daily, we stayed for 4 days and only had our towels changed twice during that time. We would’ve liked it if the bedding was changed at least once and if the room was hoovered during our stay.

The bed and pillows were comfortable. It was clean. We stayed 1 night and was comfortable for us. The self check in wasn't a problem and it was easy. You can walk to the city center. Nearby you have different shops and imbisses, if you want to eat something after 9-10pm (since everything in Salzburg will be closed)

lovely hotel stay 2 nights

The hotel is really nice and our room was large and everything new and clean. We had a room at the back of the hotel so we had no problems at all with the busy street at the front. Melanie was lovely and a great help with navigating the public transportation. If you visit by car and use a parking spot via the hotel, please note that you have to go into the SPAR garage on the right side (we had some trouble locating the right place). We loved the city, old town is just a short walk along the riverfront from the hotel.
