I was visiting a relative in the local hospital, it was a great location to use as a base. Good bus connections to get around with the free Salzberg bus pass that the hotel gives you. I had a single room at the rear of the property, it was very quiet, spotlessly clean with a nice modern look to it. The bed was comfy enough for a few nights stay.
There’s a busy road intersection & aircraft flying by, but once you close the windows you can hardly hear them. Of an evening it’s a very quiet suburb.
Reception, dining & the bar were in the building next door but one, about a 1 minute walk away. The staff were very helpful & made me feel welcome. Breakfast was standard continental fare, plenty of it, lots of options. The evening food is limited to pizza or a toasty, but it was delicious & so was the beer. It’s not luxurious but it more than punches above its weight in the budget hotel section.
