    Would’ve expected better for 800 dollars a night

    Expensive Dusty remotes Room not that clean, stained rubbish bin, bathroom not cleaned Spa and pool look nice but when you look closer they are not clean The free apples in the gym are not fresh/have gone off Getting through to reception via phone takes ages. Asked for a room service coffee and it was like they had never been requested room service before, disorganised and useless service. Four phone calls later and I didn’t even receive the coffee before I had to leave.

    Location was great. Room size and friendly staff. Front office manager Kristina was great. Also waiter Heskeet was exceptional.

    The room was spacious and clean. Location is excellent. Trivet restaurant was a highlight.
    The experience at check-in was disappointing. The staff was not especially friendly. Drinks were offered to other guests at check-out but not to us. The man with glasses at check-in came across as particularly cold and unfriendly. Room cleaning was inconsistent. On 2 occasions, we returned to our room after 5.00 pm and found it hadn't been serviced. We had to request cleaning. We had lunch at the Forum bar but unfortunately the food quality was very poor and poorly presented.

    nice location and good check in process.like that they offer glass bottle water and water station on our floor. would ha
    clean modern facilities
    paid for valet parking but not one day was the service punctual even though we gave ample notice. we were therefore late for 2 planned events. spoke to concierge and first time reason was they didn’t get message. second time also same reason. so spoke to the person bringing in the car and he took note. but alas the 3 rd time still had to wait for 10-15 mins while they go get the car. really poor service considering we paid for this.
