Great night in a quirky hotel’

Ideal location by the harbour which has a great buzz in the evening. Rooms are great. Breakfast was fab. Bathtub in the room was big enough for two!

Weird toilet doors in the room. Not a fan of partial glazing!

Comfortable stay

The location was perfect for the busy harbour area with the city centre being within walking distance. The room was a good size and had everything you needed. The bed was comfortable and the shower excellent. The staff were friendly and helpful.

Maoli Concert Stay

This is an oasis in the middle of Auckland. We stayed here for Maoli concert which was in walking distance. The pool was superb. The room is funky and a little bit different.

I love this hotel! It is exactly like the one in the photos! 2 minutes walk to the harbour and is very central.

There is a paid parking for $30 but there's not much stree parking

A lovely 3 days in a hotel that gave fabulous service.

The staff would bring a lovely coffee first thing to the room. I had a broken arm in plaster but found the bath was perfect in the evening. Outstanding service all round.

A hidden gem in the centre of the city

Such a unique hotel. Loved the decor and the attention to detail. The room was very well appointed with lots of nice touches. Excellent quality mini bar. Quiet and peaceful.

Great Boutique Hotel

We loved the fact that it was a small boutique hotel. The staff got to know you. The location was in the Viaduct area close to everything. The room was quirky and clean. Loved it!

Lovely hotel in the heart of the CBD

The hotel is well-located close to the marina with an array of restaurants, bars and shops. It's small but has good facilities including a car park and a small restaurant which offered a good breakfast and excellent coffee.

nice medium sized hotel, located right on the Viaduct. close to amazing restaurants. staff - both staff at reception and the housekeeping staff - were very friendly and helpful. Room was upgraded and it was so spacious and well appointed. Breakfast and room service meals were good - with the hot chips being exceptional!

Small to medium size hotel with excellent facilities and location.

Nice retro interior. Good coffee and thee facilities in the room. The location is around the corner of the harbor area with plenty of restaurants, bars and shops.

You can't use the stairs to go up. I was on the first floor and even for that you must take the lift.

the room lay out is a bit inconvenient. the toilet and the shower rooms are too small and because of the lay out it feels its open within the room and right in front of it is the coffee/tea and fridge area which feels unhygienic to be so open to toilets. Breakfast had limited options

Excellent but be warned about the neighbours. Great follow on to the Wellington property; eclectic; small; great staff. Excellent and small dining area - all they need;superb breakfasts and access to the gardens and pool area a bonus.

Don’t stay in a road side room unless you have a plan for noise - from Headquarters, possibly Aucklands loudest bar- especially Friday and Saturday. We did….but be warned.

The room is a strange design. The shower and toilet are part of the room and have a sliding glass door separator ... you can close the shower or the toilet but not both. The duvet cover is relatively thick and the room would have to be cooled to about 18C or below for it to be not too hot

Boutique hotel with exceptional location, decor and rooms.

Loved this boutique hotel - decor, location, facilities. Rooms were large and very well appointed. We had a car which we parked in the convenient hotel property parking which was worth the few extra dollars with great convenience. Location can't be beat. Close to everything: viaduct, shopping on Customs/Queens malls, Sky Tower. Their staff answered many questions over email very quickly.

Yummy breakfast. Range of different milk available. Lovely staff. Had a few minor issues with lights not turning on and water on bathroom floor after a shower (user error not the hotel's fault) which were both fixed very quickly. Fantastic location right in the heart of the viaduct. Great to have hotel parking available as well. It was my partner's birthday & we loved the complimentary drinks & sweets on arrival.
