Room was nice, spacious for the two of us, bathroom was nice, linen nice etc. roadworks started at 8am drilling etc loudly. Also check in staff member was a little abrupt and not an overall welcoming experience. Overall it was good.

Room was very quiet and clean. Breakfast buffet was a little disappointing with not alot of options, and luke warm food. The air con in my room wasnt working very well and there were no staff available the first day to fix, after my 3rd call about it i was offered a new room by the manager. Location of the hotel was very central and convenient. The cost of parking onsite was was too expensive if you were staying several nights like us.

We stayed in a regular room, 3 adults with two queen beds. The room was large. I had asked for a shower chair and informed during booking that I will bring suction grab bars. After 3 days, the shower chair did not materialize. I was told the hotel could not get one. We moved to the smaller accessible room ( one leg amputee ). The housekeeping staff did not place sufficient towels either they forgot towels or milk, or coffee or something. The stuff to make coffee or tea were old. We stayed for a week. Front desk staff were excellent. Overall excellent place.

Nice hotel in the heart of the city. Very convenient location. Only issue was that for the price and the luxury expected, there was no bath tub. Bed was very comfortable but kept on sliding from the wall. No bathrobes and no swimming pool nor sauna. Gym was basic.

A comfortable on night stay. Greta bed and quite room on 15th level with harbour view which was unexpected. We took the offer of joining the Marriott club this time as we have stayed here a few time. We were immediately given a discount on drinks at the bar. We had a car to park and opted for valet as we didn’t want to fuss with the self park option. The parking package included a breakfast buffet for 2 - this was great value and the breakfast was excellent. Very nice omelet to order, pastries and the usual buffet fare. Great front desk service too

Dirty sheets! Had to wait for ages to get them changed which is annoying when you’re ready for bed. Ironing board - no iron. Another hour wait. No decent coffee in room or pod machine - I’ve paid much less for accommodation and received better. Definitely not Sheraton standard.

Great place to stay especially if going to events at the Town Hall or Civic. Super convenient and a quality hotel stay. Really enjoy the ability to walk to shopping, food and drinking spots. Churchill roof top bar is really nice too. Very friendly and helpful staff.

Four points by Sheraton is a wonderful Hotel very close to dining option. Shopping, and entertainment. The staff is amazing. Everyone was so friendly and accommodating. The food is good at the hotel as well, and they have a buffet breakfast. We will definitely stay there again on our next trip to New Zealand!
