Room service breakfast I almost couldn’t eat because of flimsy knife and fork. And having it served in cardboard was kind of gross. Ok for fries but not fried eggs, toast and tomatoes. I threw most of it away. Use regular plates and utensils. People who are traveling aren’t going to steal them if that’s the concern.

Beautifully presented rooms, great service

Staff were amazing, so friendly and went over the top to make my 6 year old niece even happier. Always gave her a wave and said hello! Rooms were beautiful.

That the wall slice open to the bathroom but no way to lock it. Found weird as with a child it could easily become a joke to randomly open while you are on the toilet or having a shower.

Perfect! Definitely recommend and would stay again.

Room was lovely, modern and comfortable. Spectacular view from the eleventh floor. The vibe of the hotel is luxurious but casual. I loved how relaxing the overall vibe was. The beach style decor felt like being on a ship or yacht, very nice. Really enjoyed the extra package of included valet parking, full buffet breakfast, daily unlimited barista coffees, daily charcuterie plate and bottle of wine. Definitely worth paying extra to upgrade to this inclusive package. Good value!

Didn’t like how loud the DJ music was in the outside patio on Saturday night. Was way too loud and put us off being there. We wanted to relax and drink, but left after one drink. That was a shame because on other nights they have lovely music playing at the right sound level.

Amazing stay

I liked the room layout, the harbour and farriers views.. I like the welcome screen with my name in the TV which I haven't sent anywhere else. I like when I brush my teeth still can see the beautiful view as the bathroom has a screen door can open and closed .. I like the robot Hari but unfortunately didn't have the chance to experience his service but definitely next time will do. I like the location very much close to everything. Great Great location.. All staff are nice and friendly.

Radio left on in room with no obvious off button. For someone with audio sensitivity this is really stressful. Having to leave 200 cash when you don't want to leave a card is a bit much.

Bed was too soft and shower pressure was low as would have expected to have shower on high pressure especially when you expect to pay x amount for a night? Have had better hotel rooms at same rate with a firm bed and shower pressure is high.

This hotel pays a lot of attention to customer service - great rooms and great staff.

The staff are extremely helpful, friendly and welcoming. Nothing seems a bother. The room service was efficient and the food I ordered was excellent. The room was nicely appointed with an excellent view of the harbour and it was great to have recent movies made available at no cost.

Serving Vittoria coffee when New Zealand has so many great coffee brands. Buy local and promote it!
