Comfy beds, place bit dated and expensive but restricted due to availability that weekend.

Very comfortable beds, bliss. Good location.

Bathrooms very dated with shower over bath with shower curtain - which I hate. Also ventilation in bathroom very poor. Staff friendly but a few of them in very casual polo/tshirts under blazers just looked unkept.

Nice motel. Terrible location if you want to go walking and return after 8pm.

Clean and comfortable. Location is great unless you are returning late on foot. Then it’s n uphill climb.

Parking next door was a nightmare. No instructions. Can’t go to ground flour. We were stuck in car park for half and hour.

Apart from the bath situation mentioned above the hotel was as we expected.

The bath was very slippery and dangerous for older people, I am 80, my wife is 77, so we fit into that category! A handrail fixed to the back wall would have helped enormously.

Besides the restaurant experience, pleasant stay and great location

Great Hotel we love to use it more often

Restaurant staff are poorly trained, breakfast service is using a lots of pre made/ baked items , no variety or fresh items, service staff and duty managers( Ayush) had attitude and poor knowledge of the guest service industry, . Dinner service is overpriced, portion sizes are not reflecting the value of the asking price. The quality is below average in the same rated Hotel chains!

Great Location, Excellent Service and Room with a View

Everything. Staff were very helpful, the room was spacious, with a great view down to the harbour, and the buffet breakfast had lots of options including fresh cooked eggs/omelettes. The hotel is centrally located in the Auckland CBD, in easy walking distance to the harbour and most other major attractions. There is also an easy-to-use laundry on Level 17.

Good hotel in Auckland, harbourfront nearby.

This is a good five star hotel, although the room (2420) had hardly inspired decoration. It was clean with all facilties, comfortable bed, excellent air con and wi-fi. A 5-10 minute walk to the harbourfront. Very good breakfast and good dinner menu and service. In all, a good hotel without being exceptional.

State and Faith-based survivor stays in Luxury...

I had an amazing time and want to do it again ... Parking inclusive ... Breakfast as well ... Next to no stress at all ... Thanks and I'll be back ...

The beds were like clouds and I am not used to that luxurious sleeping ... my body rejected it at first, then just let it melt into it ... the safe was locked so I was unable to use whole time. No complimentary welcome to the king suite gift. Yet still had the time of my life ... wish the spa bath was bigger as my body 6ft and overset.

The elevator took a while to get used to - there are no buttons on the inside. You use your swipe card outside the elevator and pick a floor - they then tell you which elevator to use A,B,C,D and you have to remember that elevator. If you get on the wrong elevator you cant push you floors button to get off.

The location was excellent, we could see the sky tower very easily from our room. We arrived much earlier than check in but the staff were excellent and had our room ready with only needing to wait half an hour, which gave us the perfect amount of time to go to the supermarket and get some food for breakfast.

Big water stain on bed head and shower head was bit hard to work. Between bath and shower function. Construction all around but the location made up for this.
