Location was second to none!
I’m an Accor Gold member and I picked this hotel not only for location but on the website it says you have a gym and pool however you actually have to cross the road and pay $8 to use the facilities. That is not displayed or explained anywhere on the site. Also no drink on arrival or any other real feature of being an Accor member. Also manager on duty was also disengaged and not very welcoming. Not sure I’d recommend others to stay or have me rushing back to stay here.

Liked the location in Viaduct Harbour, excellent for taking in the sights!
The bed was very comfortable.
Didn't like the fact that we have been charged extra, but for what I don't know, on the credit card both at the entrance to and exit of the hotel.
The room was very beige and at the city side of the hotel, at eye level to the main road and opposite a car park.
The reception staff said they were exceptionally busy - almost apologising!
Kitchen area was very sparse with equipment.
We were disappointed in general, it was not the room we expected after 27 hour journey from the UK.

Great location, friendly staff, comfy beds

The room was very spacious. Room was very clean and there was some free coffee and a mini bar stocked with drinks.
I did not like being told there was no carpark for my car and I had to drive two blocks to find a carpark building in the CBD for the night which caused me extra stress and cost money.

Room was spotless and had full facilities should you want to cook your own breakfast etc on longer stays.
Very close to Marina end of the city..literally through back doors !!!
Highly recommend the hotel and we will be using again for sure.
Breakfast. Was very limited choice for those staying at the hotel, as you go to the Giraffe restaurant next door, and my scrambled eggs were more like an omelette. More choices would be nice.
But, saying that, staff were really pleasant and super attentive.

Location
The room we were given was like a dungeon. Patches on the wall, toilet didn’t flush properly, shower pressure was weak. I have stayed at the Sebel multiple times before and would not expect a room like this for the price I paid. Very unfortunate as Sebel is high end accommodation.

The location was excellent and suited our needs extremely well. The room was a good size and the amenities were great. The bed was comfortable enough but more of a double size rather than a Queen. Overall it was good though.
The bed size could have been bigger.

Great location as we were going on a cruise. The apartment style also suited us due to luggage.
Some of the walls where a bit grubby

Great location
The apartments are due for a refurb as feel a little tired and dated

Convenience to Viaduct Harbour restaurants area, downtown, ferries and proximity to Princess Wharf cruise terminal. Also liked the kitchenette, large bathroom and spacious room. Also appreciated the early check in so so could drop our luggage, change and head out for the day.
The double bed was a little small for our liking. A little maintenance is due on cabinetry in kitchenette and robes. Doors are not closing properly.

Location. Unfortunately that was it.
We noticed as soon as we walked into our room that it was dated, tired and not well maintained. But given it was only one night we thought 'oh well'.
The tiles in the kitchenette were cracked and the carpet was stained.
But the next day, we noticed when using the shower there was a huge black mould / leak issue above rhe shower. The bathroom sink didn't drain properly, and the bubbles from the shower came up through the floor drain. The grout was mouldy.
We let reception know, who sort of apologised.
Genuninely, this room (505), should be decommissioned and not booked moving forward.
This hotel, based on our stay is maybe a 3 star, if not lower. Not 4 stars and not value for money.
The photos on Booking.com do not match the room we booked.

Location was perfect
Can be noisy but that’s to be expected because of it’s proximity to bars and restaurants
4.0 / 10.0
The location was fabulous, it was the only good thing about it.
The bed was absolutely terrible, furniture must be over 15 years old and needs replacing, and housekeeping rarely did anything in the few nights we were there. It took 30 minutes calling multiple numbers to finally get basics replenished. We were kept up all night from the local nightlife which is fair because of the location but double glazing needs to be put in place to limit the noise. It was shockingly bad for the price we paid - location wise it’s brilliant but will never stay there again. A lot of work is needed to elevate this property to what it should be in its location.

Close to all amenities and the mall.
Poor standard of cleanliness; stains on the couch & rubbish under the couch cushions.

Location was good
I paid extra for a room with a view of the marina. Was disappointed it was on floor 1, which provided no privacy as we were eye level with the people in the pubs. Wouldn't bother next time.

Fantastic location right in the heart of the viaduct.
The room needed a better clean, Some food left from a previous guest.
Room was great, begin to show its age still good

It was clean and comfortable
I paid for a room with a washing machine and dryer specifically but when I got into the room, it was just a standard room. I was bitterly dossapointed as i paid extra! After just arriving back into the country I was super tired. Reception was busy and i found changing rooms just too much.

Location is great down by the water, the rooms are are bit tired now and need a re-fit to be modern.
I forgot about the undesirable dodgy people that lurk around downtown at night time, it makes you watch your back if you go out at all.

Clean, comfortable and awesome location

Location. Spacious rooms, well equipped for a 4 night stay. I upgraded to a queen suite with harbour view. So glad I did..like an apartment…washer and dryer, full kitchen. 2 balconies…overlooking the harbour. Perfect. There were lots of bars, restaurants below the hotel..but noise was not an issue. Nighttime with the Harbour lights was magical.
Loved everything. Did not mind at all that there is no restaurant..therefore no breakfast option. Lots of places close by..or, fruit, yogurt…coffee in room.

I liked that the hotel is walking distance to the city and upstairs from the bar and restaurants.
The only down side is the loud noise from the bars at night.
