Wonderful accommodation

Very clean apartment with all the necessary appliances like oven, induction cooktop, microwave, fridge, dishwasher, washer and dryer. Even the toilet has a japanese bidet which wasnt expected. Location is great. Not too far from a local shopping centre with some eateries. Staff was helpful and accomodating when we asked for early check in to rest after an overnight flight from overseas (even better it was a last minute request from us just after we landed late morning).

Rooms are a bit small but it is expected in Auckland.

Lovely apartment, awesome owner, value for money, worth staying at when you're up that way

The owner was very obliging and moved us up to the balcony level after I had mistakenly booked the ground level apartment. Thank you so much, we were very grateful. Everything was modern and very clean. Has all you need for your stay, full kitchen, washer and a dryer and a very flash toilet / bidet. Beds were so comfortable. Everything fitted in right and all looked new from oven and oven trays right down to the cutlery. Easy to follow instructions for getting the keys from the foyer lock box. Felt very safe, secure in the building. Own sheltered balcony. Small row of shops just a hop and skip away, just a little traffic to contend with. Bus stop right outside the building.

Not a complaint but just informing where the parking is and if you have a lot of luggage and with someone else then good idea to drop one of you off with the luggage at the building. The designated parking is not at the accommodation but a little walk across a busy road and down a side street to the Daycare centre car park. It wasn't far, seemed safe enough and we could see the car from the apartment. The day we went, it was raining on and off and windy and we had luggage, laptops and food so daughter dropped myself and our stuff off outside the building then parked the car and walked over.

A few improvements would make this a great stay

Clean, well equipped property.

Air conditioning unit is only in the main room and the bedrooms became very hot. There is a long window which lets in street light that needs a blind. The street lights meant it was not possible to leave the bedroom door open for the air conditioning.

No onsite parking. Parked 10 mins away walk. The people above us running up and down in their apartment all night and morning so couldn’t get to sleep.

Great place with excellent design and well equipped! Loved it!

We loved this place, wish we were there longer! Rooms and Beds were great, super comfy, loved the decor and vibe, felt like a well designed home. We didn't use the kitchen but it was stocked with everything if we had a longer stay. Instructions were good, parking was easy.

Super clean and tidy

The unit is clean and well maintained, with all furniture brand new. It is conveniently located close to everything, with McDonald’s, KFC, Woolworths, and New World all nearby.

Parking is off-site and not gated or enclosed. Guests will need to park their car and carry their luggage to the unit. This is the only drawback of the property.

Very new. Comfortable bed and nice kitchen. Very fast response from the customer service team. Easy access to food and supermarkets.

Great property, beautiful modern up-to-date apartment close to amenities and not too loud.

Some people had left behind items - cleaners may have missed these but overall very happy. Parking was also a bit confusing but once you understand it, you’re good to go.

The build quality of the apartment felt poor. For example, the main door lock was coming off the screws. Very minor issue currently because the apartment is very new but unsure how it'll fare in the future.

The unit itself is nice

The parking was not available and it was so hard to find an off street parking close by. If you are planning to have a good sleep you might struggle as it was very noisy due to the location, next to the roundabout. No reception area, communication with staff is bad.

We enjoyed how modern, clean and stylish the apartment was. When we arrived the kids were so excited to sit outside on the balcony. The staff were super helpful, and available when I needed help. The toilet was a flash, we aren't used to a warm toilet seat?

Overall a very comfortable stay. Would gladly return.

Clear and easy check in and out process. Very clean apt with housekeeping every 3 days. Good hot shower with enough towels and soap shampoo. Comfortable beds and pillows. Sufficient parking available each day. Directly opposite Simply Fresh” store and very near petrol station (with Hertz car rental) and walkable to Northcote central where there is Woolworths and many Asian eateries and supermarkets. Very communicative host that responds promptly.

Coffee pods weren’t nice tasting. Some Milo / hot chocolate would have been good. No oil or (breakfast/ snack) welcome pack.

Bidet (TOTO) unit needs a Plumber to look at it. EXTREMELY stinky when used - both washing and drying. Smells like a sewer.

Jason the Manager was absolutely great helping us with everything we asked from getting us into our room ahead of time required and he was so hospitable nothing was a bother for him,so Thank you Jason.

The only gripe would be that because we were on the Lower Floor we could hear the Family above us the children running around in the evening ,but they quietened down come bed time.

the location was perfect for the event we were in Auckland for. The room was awesome we loved it.

The road noise is quite loud and can be heard inside very easily. Also the corridor with people coming and going is noisy. The car parking spot was also quite strange but we made it work. That said i would still stay at this property again as the positives outweighed the negatives.

Property looks brand new. Was very clean and tidy. Entry instructions easy to follow. Good parking.

There is another lake road on the north shore. We just used gps and ended up at the wrong address. Maybe put in your pre arrival message to make sure Northcote. Note sure why we had to pay another $150 bond before arrival when we had already paid for accommodation
