the closeness to the beach

So close to the beach and shops, it's easy to just exist here without having to worry about anything. The spa bath was so relaxing, and the tree view from the window was lovely. Would definitely stay here again.
Parking is available, but it's a tight squeeze and you need to be careful that other careless tourists don't block you in.

the location is perfect for exploring Takapuna
The bedroom/living area room could have been cleaner - there were cobwebs in the upper corners of the room.
The bathroom was immaculate
