It was a very comfortable stay.

It was handy to everything and nice and roomy. The staff were very helpful and accommodating.

Awesome location, very friendly & helpful staff clean/tidy would definitely come back!

Newer apartment we moved to was a lot nicer but overall very clean space, great location, bins provided for rubbish etc and parking.

The first room we stayed was very nice but power point in kitchen wasn't accessible for kettle (wire was too short) but popped it onto something for reach and used it in room etc easy fix.

Hotel-like comfort with convenient access to Takapuna shopping and beach

Very handy to shopping centres and the beach.

Slightly awkward parking, but manageable. The neighborhood can be a bit noisy at night.

A fantastic place to stay, highly recommended

This is a great place to stay - fantastic location, newly renovated rooms and very quiet and comfortable. I was really impressed by this motel and got an amazing sleep. It is excellent value and I would stay here again.

The only thing that could have been better was the wifi connection. It was great in one of the rooms we had and terrible in the other

Staff are fantastic but the facilities are basic and it is overpriced

The location is good if you are attending events in that area of the city and is very easy to access the motorway. The staff are very helpful and polite.

The wifi is very weak or does not work. The bathroom has poor ventilation and is in need of maintenance. The rooms are small and in general everything is the absolute bare minimum.

Great value, clean, modern, and peaceful location.

Staff were friendly, room was very clean and modern, shower was amazing, and kitchen was well equipped. Didn't notice any traffic noise.

We found the bed was very firm but it was okay for one night.

Great place to stay

The room was fabulous. It was clean and spacious. The staff were friendly and were very accommodating when I rang to see if we could check in earlier than planned. The beds were comfortable, and the shower pressure was amazing. Access to and from the accommodation was easy and it is just a short drive to Takapuna shops and the motorway. Will definitely stay here again.

The shower door needs sealing, so the water doesn't run all over the floor. The shower doesn't drain well, so that didn't help, but it's not big a deal.

This a lovely, clean, well-appointed motel in an excellent location. A short walk to the main shopping centre and beach. The host is unassuming and helpful. The unit was beautifully clean and has nothing more and nothing less than you needed. Everything was easy to find. Everything functioned. The bed was comfortable. I enjoyed the rain head shower! Was provided "proper" milk :) I booked this motel because it was the cheapest I could find and it had parking, so I was very happy with my value for money.

To be honest, the outside looked a bit tatty so the inside of the unit was a pleasant surprise!

Lovely modern accommodation

This place was fantastic - beautiful modern appliances, big bathroom, fantastic shower. Comfy beds. Everything you need. Got an early check in which was very appreciated. Would definitely stay again.

Only complaint would be the pillows. We found them a bit big and uncomfortable.

Close to North Shore Hospital which is why we chose it. Happy with our stay.

Lovely new bathroom and all cabinetry in unit appeared new. Was very quiet. Close to North Shore hospital and 50m from supermarket and a produce store.

Didn’t have a vege or bread knife and whilst it had a frypan there was no utensil to lift a fried egg out of it.

Adequate but disappointed in the difference between what was advertised on line and reality.

The room was large, and clean

The fan in the bathroom was as loud as a tractor, it couldn't be turned on at night because it would disturb the other person sleeping and probably the neighboring room. The windows were broken and didn't shut properly. There was sandpaper under the corner of the aircon unit presumably to keep it away from the wall. Cup was chipped. I was unhappy that they didn't advertise they were undergoing renovations and were working on the property from morning till afternoon. The parking was terrible there was only 4 available.

It was undergoing renovation however our room was newly furnished. Some building noise, no problem as we were out all day.0 It didn’t spoil our 4 nights there & we wished the owners well in their new venture.

A spacious, modern, very comfortable room In a lovely suburb superbly located to a beautiful reserve and lake with a sup

The room was very spacious, with modern decor and very clean, with a kitchenette. A lovely, quiet neighbourhood. The manager on duty was so very helpful, and attentive to our needs. The location was superb - a supermarket just a few minutes walk away and a beautiful lake and reserve about 5 minutes walk. Takapuna shopping centre and beach accessible with just an easy 10 minute stroll.

The fan in the bathroom was a little noisy but the manager had advised us in advance, and offered his apologies as an electrician wasn’t available before our stay. However, it wasn’t a major inconvenience.
