It was a lovely stay, the staff were incredibly attentive and respond very quickly when you contact them. The location is right next to a bus stop which made for easy travel, it’s incredibly close to the CBD, spark arena, and next to a convenience store which were all incredibly helpful. The rooms were simple and tidy, the bathrooms were clean and the toilets were in separate stalls which we appreciated. The lock system is very secure, we felt very safe and looked after. The luggage storage option was also a lifesaver to us. For this cheap, it’s a lovely stay. Will definitely come again!

The facilities were good , and the showers and toilets were cleaned daily, the kitchen area was wide too and there's always a available seat and there was plenty of space to cook, there's also sa nice lounge area, and the room was clean and lots of storage and location is close to the city and lots of shops nearby. My only complain is the wifi was a bit slow, but overall it was a nice value for money!

Complimentary shuttle was great. Hotel is simple but clean and comfortable. Restaurant on side which makes it really convenient.

There were bugs in the bed and I had an eye infection due to a bug. Body was itchy from the first moment i lay on the bed. Had to cut short my booking and look for another place to stay.
