Comfy for a couple nights stay, not flash but had the basics

Beds were comfy. Pool was opened just needed cover removed was clean and deep and great place to cool off also had a spa. Was really concerned after reading poor reviewa but happy to confirm it was functional during our stay. The place itself is tired but for 2 nighta was comfy and had clean linin and rubbish was changed each day. Tv worked well the internet was alittle patchy but useable. Had a nice shower. Fan worked well to cool bedroom.

Kitchen needed plug for sink. Walls could used deep clean few marks. Few more kitchen items like bowl and pot for cooking, a sharp knife. Pillows high so bring own for kids. Only 2 towels for 4 of us.

Would not stay here agian. Oven trays were missing so we couldn't use the oven to cook with. The walls were dirty. No ventilation in the bathroom and the ceiling was moldy. Toilet door jammed and locked itself. X2 spots of blood on seperate blankets. Broken phone jack hanging off the wall.

Location is very good.

Reception is not attended so on arrival you have to call a number who then asks which hotel you are at. Not very welcoming. Eventually a person turns up to give you a key. Reception area is tired, dirty and stark. Room (No 14) carpet was stained, fitted duvet and duvet don’t have covers. both these duvet had various vile stains on them. Hotel did exchange them but the replacements were almost as bad. Bed was well used since we slid together into the middle ‘V’! None of the room and bathroom aluminium windows or balcony door closed properly (old and mis shaped). No bed head board. Overall, room was shabby and old, as was the access stair carpet. The TV didn’t work as described in the information folder.

It was dirty, our dated and there wasn’t even enough bedding or towels for the no of booked guests. Broken window latches! Someone else’s dirty stuff left in a cupboard and a socket hanging off the wall with loose wires. Staff who had to ring the owner to ask questions!!

The unit was large enough for us

Ants in the carpet. No air con, not enough towels, or too many towels and no face cloths. Everything was in a state of disrepair, curtains , blinds. Fire alarms were beeping because the batteries needed changed. Nobody man’s the reception. You have to ring. The spa had an upright pole in the middle of it that didn’t show under water and my son hurt himself.

The front door handle and lock are a safety Hassard and would be a danger there was a fire as VERY difficult to get out of the door. This has been the same for our last 3 visits over 3 years. Also fire alarm was beeping as battery needed replacing. I left it on the kitchen bench to be replaced and rang about this, but NOT done. There were not enough dish washer tabs and had to call for some. But very happy with nice clean linen and clean towels every day..... great

Good location, decent sized family room

The experience from check in was poor. Noone at reception, a cleaner helped ring someone who was very aggressive towards her on the phone, before being quite blunt with me on speaker phone. The cleaner helped us get our key. The wifi was intermittent in terms of signal, and very poor strength. Wasn't usable, not good. Towels were only changed twice in a 6 day stay, no toilet paper resupplied. Everything felt tired and needed some love - no care.

Served it’s purpose, but not a pleasure.

Location - easy to go in any direction. Bed was comfortable. Shower was hot and good pressure.

Mainly maintenance issues. Window latches broken. Towel rail broken. there was a replacement sitting on top of wardrobe - not rehung. No smoke alarm. Freezer compartment was frosted over and would not freeze what was put inside. Pools out of action. Driving in, seemed run down.

Overall run down, not worth what you pay.

Location was good. Bedding was washed.

The door to the unit was stuck and impossible to open from the inside. The place didn't feel clean. The floors were sticky and the shower had a used plaster in it. Everything felt grimy. It was very hot and there was no aircon. There were fans but 2 out of 4 didn't work. We tried to close the curtains and the curtain came off the rail. Tea/coffee hadn't been replenished. No milk. It was overall run down and not worth what we paid.

Location

Pool and spa smelly. Kids all got sick, vomiting and diarrhoea. Screws on Driveway /carpark, caused flat tyre, went in on edge of tyre, I have to replace whole tyre. Rooms not serviced. Smashed glass on lawn and in garderns. Fridge seal not working, put a pot by door to keep it closed. Still waiting for my bond back. Social housing, fighting at stupid o clock, unsupervised kids. Everything was shocking, run down, not clean. No one at reception, ring them, ring bell wait and sometimes don't come.

The motel is in a good location, but it needs a maintenance person to be on hand to fix window catches, faulty cisterns that do not fill properly, and air conditioning would be appreciated, not mobile fans. The office never seems to be occupied apart from the cleaner who comes around. There is no other person to refer to, i.e., the manager on site. We liked the spacious area of the unit, a good-sized kitchen and fridge, but a very pathetic water flow from the shower.

You cannot check in with reception, the person on the phone (who you have to call to check in with) was unnecessarily rude. The room wasn’t clean, the park allocated to my room was taken by a staff visitor then was told I couldn’t park in the visitor parking lot. The courtyard was overgrown, rubbish from the previous guest was left behind.

Nothing. The fact you had to ring the number on the door to ask them for something or help with anything and they had to ring the people who LIVE there to come out. So bad!

I didn’t like anything. Overall the worse experience we have ever had. Cockroaches, dirty rags, rubbish under beds, could only have 1 shower and wait for the water to heat up again. Broken chair on the deck, dirty walls, doors were jammed up and hard to open just to get out of the room.

Close to competition we were attending

Room was dirty, it smelt terrible, there was urine drips on toilet seat so obviously hadn’t been cleaned well prior to our arrival. Rooms don’t get serviced so ran out of toilet paper on 1st day and had to call to check we got fresh towels and needed toilet paper. Returned from competition we were at 2300hrs and room was untouched, fresh towels on table, bins still overflowing and no new rolls toilet paper. Room had mould on walls & doors and the bad odor was overbearing. They duvets were stained and unclean One of the worst places I have ever stayed

Good location - needs some TLC

We chose this place as it was conveniently located. It was comfortable. The bed linen and towels were clean. The bathroom looked like it had been recently updated.

The check-in process was strange. It was difficult to get someone at reception to check in. We were treated like an inconvenience rather than a customer. There was no fry pan for cooking, and I had to ask for one. I had to call a number on the recpetion door because the recpetion is kept locked. The pool was advertised as heated, but both the pool and the spa were freezing cold. The wifi was patchy. It kept cutting in and out.

Horrible stay somewhere else

Very rude receptionist! Wanted to take a photo of both my license and my visa debit card including my cvc etc which I refused owner was called and said it was fine and still the receptionist tried to insist on taking a photo so I pulled both my debit card and license off the counter. I was happy for them to site it or take down my license number or visa debit card number but not my cvc or photos of them both unnecessary and illegal to take photos of them. Room was very dirty couches hadn’t been cleaned or the floors dishes were also still dirty Will not stay here again
