Good location, but sadly our apartment needed a thorough clean. WOW!..,Mould on the bathroom ceiling, loose as towel rail wall fittings. We were left with No wash rags on second day stay. kitchen floor desired a proper clean for it was sticky and felt rather oily. Loose and worn and corroded window latches everywhere. Don't know what may have been "living" in the carpet due the walk in from the kitchen floor. Turned the soles of my socks black. Carpet seemed spot free though. The balcony door jammed up on the door frame. Hard to open and close. Need two people to force the balcony window closed. Broken wall power socket at bedside. The two ceiling smoke detectors had been removed by someone. No dish cloths to dry the washed dishes. Interiors need a clean of sticky dirty doors, as well as worn patches at kitchen door where the latches etc get operated. An aluminium or stainless steel plate fixes the high wear areas at door locks etc. It can be a nice place if only its yuck bits as mentioned were sorted before we visited. The pool and spa were a great plus thanks. Nice palms and clean garden spaces. Building exterior is poor....., mould on roof and gutters.

Although you do have to pay a $100 bond which you will get back after your stay. I still recommend this motel regardless. Staff are nice, the people are nice and it's a great location literally not far from the town centre and the beach which my children had so much fun there. There is a lot to do within the area you can go for a walk around the lake which isn't very far. Get a hot coffee from the cafe across the road I mean what more could you ask for. Me and my family have been here twice now and both times have never failed love love love it here come check them out. We are a family of 5 aswell and our room was perfect. It came with a full kitchen I buzzed out when I saw a whole ass oven lol so that was a bonus because I enjoy cooking for my family and it was just so convenient to have. Queen bed a single bed and the couch turns into a bed so basically the whole family had somewhere to sleep which was perfect. You can also shut off the door between the lounge and your room for extra privacy or if your a sleeping beauty like me while your family is at the pool or the spa why not enjoy your rest instead. 🤣

Location was great and the room was spotless. The wifi was terrible. Couldn't even watch the tv as it was all streamed. The water pressure was very low so the shower was next to useless. Beds were comfortable pillows were not. Don't think we would stay there again.

There was no lock on inside of door..only a chain to secure.. this was not appropriate.. you should have a proper lock on the door.. and no one was there in person to see me when I arrived.. having to give my credit card details to person on the phone was not okay at all.. staff need to be there in person when people arrive. I will not be there again.
