    We booked the room under the headline serviced hotel. We stayed 3 nights and room was not serviced once. We asked 3 times for more towels and never received them. We stayed as a group of 4 but our room only held 3 cups and 3 plates, not even a tea towel to dry our dishes. Unlikely we would stay again.

    A very nice apartment hotel in the middle of the city. It is close to many things. It is a walking distance to the Sky Tower, to shops, to many eateries and many other things in the Auckland Central Business District. It has all the necessary facilities like a good kitchen with a microwave, it has a modern laundry machine, it has free unlimited Wi-Fi which was surprisingly fast. Even the temperature control was working very well. There was a small glitch with our reservation, but the staff worked it out and we were able to stay comfortably for the entirety of our stay there.

    For location and price it rates well. However, it is quite run down - you can see it was modern and well maintained once. But now that isn't the case. Random lamp on bedroom floor as there was no room for a side table on one side. Shower was dirty, soap pump dispenser was broken, the A/C fan system could not be adjusted and was extremely noisy - luckily there was a mains type switch board on the wall and we turned it off. The vents themselves were covered in dust. Overall just run down. Fine if you need budget accommodation for an event. Beds were comfortable. Parking was average, could not book and none available so had to park on road or nearby parking buildings.
