    Upon arrival me and my baby were greeted by a lovely receptionist that made our check in fast and easy. The front door valet parking made things so much easier for me for me not having to carry mine and babies luggage all the way to reception. The room service was impeccable. The even brought my Uber order to my room so I didn't have to leave the room as not to disturb babies sleep after a long drive up to Auckland. We left early that morning once again with a warm greeting at reception easy check out and car ready for us waiting at reception. Will highly recommend and cannot wait to visit again.

    Very thin wall. You can hear all sorts of noise. Door banging noise from careless travelers at night. Your bed is shaking every time someone closes their door You can also smell food from ventilation Otherwise, decent size of the room. Clean. Friendly staffs

    Now living in Pukekohe, it was great to spend a night in the big smoke for a change and Sudima is the way to go! Great people from the moment we checked in, the room is both clean and well appointed (although great harbour views if you get the other side of the building) Zero complaints for the price point and location, although the fridge is unusually shallow? It would appear to be for thinner cans only, you couldn't even lie a wine bottle down in it, but they brought a bucket full of ice which sorted the issue. Great staff, great place, great location, and highly recommended. Smashing roof bar too, spent far too much up there!

    When checked into room there where two acrylic finger nails on the floor on the carpet and sequins on the bed. On the second day a couple of sequins where still on the floor. Drinking water in bottle was not topped up on day two.
