The rooms are fairly basic but very comfortable. The staff is wonderful in all areas. Front desk especially. They are very efficient and helpful. The hotel is well located, a short walk to the harbor and the luxury shopping area.

Very clean room, nice eateries across the road and nearby. City centre area but also quite vicinity. Within walking distance to Fish monger market and CBD. Sky Tower is 5 mins on foot away with AirPort Express bus right there. Front desk staff is extremely helpful, especially it is our first time to Auckland, they helped us to find local tours and gave us great recommendations.

Excellent staff, tasty and varied breakfast. Didn’t use the restaurant as it was plant-based. Nice rooftop bar, although it was loud (Saturday so not totally surprised), a quieter area would’ve been nice. Our main negative was the total lack of storage space, only 4 hooks/hangars. Not ideal for travellers spending more than a night here.
