Very comfortable bed, room was clean and spacious
Some rattling in the pipes when hot water was used. Otherwise, a good stay.

They said it's a 4-star hotel, but the reality is that it looks quite used and not so well maintained. For a 4-star hotel, things shouldn't look as bad as that (mould in the refrigerator, same in the bathroom, cracked walls, the mobile AC brought air from outside even when off - i had to cover it, there was water leaking - I could've heard it leaking throughout the pipes). It gave the impression of a rusty hotel that once was a 4-star hotel. Of course it has nothing to do with the staff which was amazing.

Lovely studio very clean had everything we required, the location was very central to where we needed to be. We requested the buffet breakfast which was fantastic with plenty of options available. Would definitely recommend this Hotel

Parking availability, on arrival person on intercom said no parking available (was reserved, so went to wilson parking & on booking in staff said there was an available park for me. They offered to give me a park but had already paid for one at Wilson parking. Also advice on phone day before arriving I asked for location of wilson parking they said just up the road by Church, in fact was down lower Hobson Street & also was told of park 20 metres down road on left which was available. Very confusing for myself and delay driving around streets trying got locate the park up road as advised which was only 5 parks on metal strip down Nicholson Lane.
