Friendly helpful staff, upgraded from cosy studio to one bed apartment for no particular reason, lovely gesture and the bigger room was great. Everything you would expect within the room, very clean and well maintained. Would have benefitted from a bedside lamp for the side without the switch and a kitchen knife of some kind to cut fruit, bread etc. Lovely hotel, easy to walk into the hub of the city and hop on a bus back. Would definitely use again, Thank you

I stayed here three nights. I love the location and the decor is fun. But it failed in the most fundamental aspect of a hotel - a good quality sleep. The soundproofing was atrocious. The first night I was kept awake past midnight by my neighbours’ video games, and then worken at 6am by his alarm. Toilet sounds were also added to the mix. The staff were understanding but the best they could do was to move me to a room with the same design and a different neighbour. I had to ask that the room be cleaned of it’s dust and dead insects. The second night I had a better sleep as I believe the adjacent room was unoccupied. The third night i was again kept up. The girls next door weren’t being particularly loud but I could hear every word of their conversation. A shame, I’d go back otherwise, but a decent sleep is too important to me.

On arrival staff were friendly. The room was good with 2 bedrooms 2 bathrooms. Could have done with a couple nore tea and coffee sachets. Nice crisp white sheets, bed on the firm side. Great blackout curtains.

Could've gotten a better hotel for cheaper the room was so small
