Central location, close to CBD but without the traffic. Large clean rooms and comfortable beds. Full amenities on site. Friendly helpful staff. Plenty of parking.

The room was neat and clean, the bed comfortable and the shower good.
The hotel is generaly very dated and has a Fawlty Towers feel about it, although effort has been made to refurbish rooms.
Restaurant and bar staff were struggling to handle pressure and service was haphazard. We were told that no more meal bookings were being taken so we ordered drinks. While we were having our drinks they started taking bookings from customers who had arrived after us.
The location suites the purpose of our stay very well, but the the price was high given the rather run down condition and the statndard of service.
