Overall I had a nice stay and The owner allowed early check in which was amazing

If your going to eden park I would highly recommend this motel but book early as not many room so will sell out quickly

Went to a game at Eden Park and literally walked out of our room crossed a small road and entered the stadium, manager was super friendly and helpful and the room was much nicer than I was expecting, very clean comfy bed and super quite considering where it was, would definitely stay here again

The receptionist was amazingly friendly and helpful! The room was perfect for a night away!

The silliest thing- the curtains in the lounge were so tight/no excess material that it was hard to get them to pull nicely.

It is everything so bad starting with customer service.

He did not reply, when I wanted re use this my accomodation, I lost my money for just one mistake, he ripped me off. I would never trust in this hotel again. O would like my money back.

It was a very short stay for us. The Manager was amazing and would recommend and stay again.

The location to the venue. Took the stress off considering we arrived late and the manager was amazing! Our flight plans changed drastically and they communicated and waited for us to show up. We appreciate that level of service. Thank you.

It was just a small thing with the drinks in the fridge that could be purchased. There actually wasn't the 1.5 litre of water in the fridge. We're just hoping we don't get charged for something that wasn't actually there.

Great location and a friendly motel staff. Shops and restaurants in walking distance. Train station literally on the opposite side of the road. Best for anything central or at Eden Park stadium

Slightly noisy neighbors on the weekend. Turned down their music around 22.30ish which was ok for me. Slightly road noise but quiet during the night.

The location was very handy to the city. It was great value for money for a simple overnight - from early evening check-in to early morning checkout. Also liked the tea, coffee and milk provided.

The headboard on the bed was dusty, but apart from that the room was nice and clean.

Small but convenient

Very convenient and lovely staff. Good to have parking on the property too. The wardrobe with the slide out shelves was a surprising bonus.

Solo Travels...

As a non regular traveller, I liked the comfortability of the stay, the stores nearby, the sites around the motel were fabulous, the vape porch area was fabulous! The welcoming personality of the staff. I was in complete Awe of the motel. Loved the shower as it was big and pressure was very nice. The place was always quiet and comfortable.

Basic but very conveniently located

If you are heading to Eden Park this is and excellent location super convenient. The owner was highly communicative and helpful.

It is very basic and our room (9) had an adjoining door to another room where we could hear absolutely everything - basically like being in one big room. If you are going to an event with road closures you will have to arrive earlier in the day - we arrived just prior to event and it was nearly impossible to access the hotel to drop our gear off.

A top quality, clean and restful motel.

We were greeted at Eden Park by the manager of the facility. The manager was very pleasant, and he had a very good sense of humour. He welcomed us into the Motel and showed us to our room. The rooms were very clean and spacious with a very comfortable bed and modern facilities. We found the motel to be well located and was adjacent to public transport and several good quality restaurants and cafes.

This accommodation was among the best that we found in New Zealand and there was nothing that we didn't like about it

Perfect stay

The proximity to Eden Park was amazing. Right across the road, perfect for us travelling to watch the rugby played at Eden park. With the location, it was very quiet once the people had dissipated away from Eden park. Tidy and clean facilities, everything you need in the room excluding cooking facilities. Staff were lovely, easy for my husband to check in without me.

Perfect location. Despite 48000 fans passing by our windows it was remarkably quiet. Well equipped kitchenette, friendly super obliging manager/check in person.

Great place near the train

The staff were very nice. The location was very handy to the train line which we used to get to the city. There are really good restaurants nearby (especially the Japanese restaurant!). The staff were very nice.

I found black mould in the heat pump and immediately contacted the manager. He brought me a space heater so I didn't have to run the heat pump and he immediately called the owner of the motel who booked in a professional cleaner to get all of the heat pumps in the motel cleaned that week. The window sills did have some black mould on them because they were old historical wooden window panes. The bathroom was a little bit dated. However I will say that for a motel this place was better than expected and the rest of the facilities were clean.

Across from Eden Park where our grand-daughter Played rugby. The king bed. Warmth Close block of take out shops up the top. The fish n chip shop was so delicious!! Great host!! Upgraded our room!!
