We booked and payed for 3 adults as we had our son but only had room set up for 2 people. No extra Cups,towels, coffee all the things you need for 3 when your paying extra.

Receptiona and security staff were exceptionally friendly throughout. Fantastic service. The rooftop bar was gorgeous. Very expensive though! And we adored the robotic room service! Would definitely come again :)
