    I booked from O/S (AU) Visiting friends n Fam bams and ended up wanting them to come stay too.. the staff were amazing at accomodating every need we had in making my guests comfortable and easy check in and valet services. My guests hadnt done a cutesi hotel by IHG before so they were cery excited and very happy with their stay also. Thank you for thr memories xx

    Lovely staff and great breakfast. Beds comfortable too. Issues with the lights in the room, an odd system that was super confusing to use. Also very loud near the lift.

    Fantastic service would highly recommend the king room as the standard room is really small and the windows are obscure glass so you cannot see out of them . Breakfast was great loved being able to order fresh scrambled eggs from a menu .

    the lobby is very small, always crowded. breakfast has a very long line, the dinning area is too small. overpriced, not as good as I expected
