The room was very spacious for a single traveler. The facilities were clean and well-equipped. The location is also superb, right in the city centre.
The check-in experience was horrible. There is no one at the reception anytime during the day. Even though I have given clear notice of my late check-in and sent messages to the property through Booking.com portal in advance, my request has been entirely ignored. Upon my arrival, I was stuck outside and had to seek help from other residents of the building to get through to the receptionist. If you want to list your property on Booking.com AND allow late check-ins, please at least be responsive on the chat and help provide better ways to check-in, not letting residents to figure out a way by themselves.

Great location, staff were easy to deal with, clean and tidy enough, great for price esp for Auckland and a 2bedroom apartment. We’re a little apprehensive as some reviews weren’t the best but we were so pleasantly surprised !
