Got what i paid for

Reasonable price

They didn’t service the room but did drop off new towel when asked. Didn’t like to $200 bond I had already paid for the room. Was noisy throughout the night.

Location close to bus, not noisy, beds comfortable

Shower door was broken, stand alone fan didn't move back forth, there was no milk on arrival, no tea towel or dish cloth

Good value, great location.

Excellent location, close to town hall (3 minute walk), Queen Street, about 12-15 minute walk to the Sky Tower and Britomart. Facilities were good, bathroom was a bit tired but functional. We booked a two bedroom unit, rooms were a good size, plenty of clothes storage.

Was okay for a city, but probably wouldn’t go back!

Location was decent. Having two rooms was good!

No AC, was very hot. Couldn’t keep the windows open as there was a lot of noise from construction. Bed was way too soft for our liking and was not comfortable! We asked about parking and were told where to park… cost us $102+ for parking for two days. Next time we will stay somewhere where the parking is included and add the $51+ per night to the cost of the room.

No outlook at all. Location not great. No light in the bathroom. Untidy neighbours looking straight into the room. Very small TV . Bathroom fan very loud and took a long time to automatically turn off. We won’t come back nor would recommend. Photos online NOTHING like the property

Overall good value for money, clean, tidy and comfortable in a handy location to CBD amenities.

Room was on 12th floor with a pretty good harbour / city outlook. The location was great to walk everywhere in the CBD or a cheap uber to central locations. It was clean, tidy and overall good.

One of the mattresses was really quite stuffed, was lumpy and very unsupportive. Noticed the bathroom fan wasn't working making it very condensated after showering.

The room was way too hot no aircon, ringing and waiting for staff to come to reception for check in and check out. No parking close by.

I got an apartment with two rooms, and it was surprisingly spacious for the price, with 2 full bathrooms which came in super handy. The location was great, it was only a short walking distance from queen street, Albert park and many of the bus stops, and a parking building close by. The rooms were clean and the staff were very helpful and willing to cater to our needs, and let us leave our bags in the reception area which was helpful because of the 10 o'clock check out. It was perfect for a short stay, and had enough cutlery and kitchen equipment to accommodate 4 people, and even a hair dryer and ironing board which were an added bonus. The check in process was extremely easy and quick. There was also a fan in both rooms.

the hotels quiet hours were from 9 pm which I thought was a little early and the fine of $200 if you were too loud felt a little harsh considering the walls where quite thin, I was able to hear the room above loudly walking around in the morning so I wondered if I would be causing a disturbance and face the fine just by walking around.

It's a bed

2 beds and 2 bathrooms

Floor felt disgusting. Receptionist told us our room was 1112, twice and it was 1208. That made the elevator real fun as it was card activated. No fans in one of the bathrooms. No TV in one of the rooms. No parking. Had to pay to park and it was a third the cost of the room to park. Pay the extra money and get a better place to stay with parking and in a better part of town. And to top it off the shower was meh. At least if you are going to torture me, give a hot shower.

We had a very early start to our day and arrived in Auckland from the South Island and we were lucky to early access so we could nap before our day.

Beds very comfortable and didn’t have any road noise.

Cheap and cheerfu

Easy check in/check out, good location, good price

$200 bond is charged to card then returned after checkout, other places just hold a copy of card incase of damages but don't pre-charge. There was an evacuation of the entire building because of a fire alarm, however, the alarm in our room and hallway didn't work , so we were completely unaware. Only found out when I went to the foyer to collet a pizza while my wife and kids were still up in the room

Great value central Auckland accommodation

Excellent value for money in central Auckland. We were a family of four in a one bedroomed apartment and it was good option for a one night stay. Location was great and the car park around the corner was reasonable for overnight parking.

No real issues. If we were staying longer we might have gone for the two bedroomed apartment with a lounge area to give us more room.

The accommodation is located in the middle of AUT (Auckland University of Technology) urban campus. Many cafes and restaurants within walking distance.

The photos are not accurate - they make the property look bright and spacious. The apartments are VERY basic and a little gloomy. Control knobs were removed from radiators so no way to heat the place. Also, the reception is not open 24/7.

Super spot close to all the main areas or just a small taxi ride, quiet location and all rooms have a small balcony. No onsite parking but there is an overnight parking just 50m down the road. Booked a room with two double beds and got one with two rooms for the price of one.

Traveled with two disabled people, could not stop outside, had to park on a very busy footpath, very poor. On the first night, only one electric blanket and one heater worked. second night, no heater

Great location, loved the view and very comfortable room.

The room was very comfortable, and we could see the Sky tower which was lovely at night. Bit of a building site outside but the kids loved watching the huge crane working. Great having two bathrooms.

There was nothing for the kids to drink, eg hot chocolate would have been nice and minimal teabags etc but enough for what we needed.
