    The rooms are in good condition but starting to show some signs of wear and tear. The staff were friendly. The location is excellent for Upper Auckland CBD.

    It was a busy weekend and they only got one staff at reception during check in so it was a long wait. Parking was fully booked as well but not very helpful in recommending where is the next best place to park. We were given a room with bathroom for disabled, I don’t know how they decide what room/ bathroom to allocate guest on a busy weekend, is it because we booked through Agoda and not directly to their website? Location was ok.
