The room was a good size, and having a washer/dryer was plus kitchenette was really nice. I especially liked the shower. Hot water and lots of it!
The location was convenient - the bus from the airport drops you off just a block from the hotel, and once you get there it's walking distance from other transport options and sights in the centre of town.
The windows faced directly onto another building. Not a major negative (I wasn't expecting a scenic view) but it did mean I kept the blinds closed most of the time so I didn't feel like other people could see in.

Location, beautiful view & how comfortable our apartment was - had everything we needed for our stay. Friendly staff.
Parking area was too small, ideal for small vehicles only & very dark in the basement elevator area - needs better lighting.

The location. It's in front of Auckland Tower
Parking lot is just in front of the hotel
You can walk to the Sky tower, which what we like because we had a booking for sky walk
Receptionist are so kind and helpful. They will suggest for best parking space
Room is clean and spacious. We liked it so much :)

My apartment was quite clean and well appointed however others are very bad and not clean.
I couldn’t stop at any other floor to visit friends. Getting more than one key was a hassle. Couldn’t leave our bags at reception until 9am so had to roll cases around for 3 hours.
