As a solo female traveler I feel very comfortable and safe here the staff are extremely helpful.

This is an excellent hotel. I was able to check in as early as just after 7 a.m. The room is spacious and spotlessly clean, with full facilities — there was even a Bluetooth speaker. The location is also great. If I had to pick one minor downside, the 10 a.m. check-out time is a little early. Everything else is absolutely perfect, and the staff are all very welcoming.

We stayed there for 7 nights, no much complains except we received no service from the hotel for our inquiries during booking via Agoda. Until I have to write an email to their group contact. Misleading info on Agoda that let us choose the type of bed. At the end, we need to top up to get the bed type we wanted. Overall I like it is quite clean, even window frame has no dust. But the fridge door is not that clean.

Great location. Good size rooms and very clean. Have stayed here several times.
