My second stay in this great accommodation.

Perfect stay in the heart of the CBD.

Second stay here and again, loved it. Friendly staff. Fast WiFi. The room was very clean. The bed and pillows were really comfortable. The view is amazing!

I had to request a knife/fork for the room but they were very accomodating. The road noise was quite loud this stay but probably due to the city centre location, so it is expected.

Awesome stay within walking distance of most attractions

Excellent location, close to the city, museums and harbour. Room was very comfortable, quiet and with great views of the city and harbour in the distance. Very friendly and supportive staff, great dining room overlooking the city. Lovely meals. I will definitely stay here again.

No self service guest laundry, with the hotel laundry service being quite expensive. No suitable laundries close to the hotel.

Immaculately clean and very comfortable. We booked it as we needed somewhere comfortable to get over the flight from the UK. Bed was very comfortable, appreciated the pillow menu too, a nice touch. The staff were very friendly, I woke up stupidly early due to jet lag so went down before breakfast had officially started to get a coffee but it wasn’t an issue, I was made to feel welcome and the chef was really friendly so we had a good chat. The breakfast is fantastic too. Would highly recommend.

Just stay!

We were here for the rock 2000 concert and thought we would splash out on the accommodation. ( it wasn't actually that expensive) The staff were truly amazing and lovely ( I wish I got everyone's name) from check in to check out we felt special and like nothing was a problem. If I could have popped the bed and pillows in my carry on bag I would have!! The housekeeping staff were all so polite. The tall breakfast chef had some good banter and the waitresses were lovely. The reception staff are super accommodating and even managed to find me a sewing kit. I can't recommend this hotel enough and will definitely be back x

The whole hotel was really nice and clean. Staff we're really nice, and the room had a very nice shower and the beds were very comfortable. Only downside was that the room had no kitchen sink.

Perfect stay in the heart of the CBD.

This hotel exceeded expectations. Friendly staff. Fast WiFi. The room was very clean and had great facilities. The bed and pillows were really comfortable. The view was amazing! I was surprised that it wasn't very noisy either (being in the centre of town).

An explanation of where to park would be good. I ended up parking at the City Works Depot which was relatively cheap and only a 2 min walk from the hotel.
