Had a lovely 2 night weekend stay. Staff were kind, approachable, efficent, helpful and overall really lovely people who assisted to the best of their knowledge and abilities. Room was clean and tidy, with great city views on a top floor. A great stay! Noise from surrounding areas and apartments does travel so if you're a light sleeper or prefer quietness perhaps ask for a room on the opposite side or do more research.

It was a busy weekend and they only got one staff at reception during check in so it was a long wait. Parking was fully booked as well but not very helpful in recommending where is the next best place to park. We were given a room with bathroom for disabled, I don’t know how they decide what room/ bathroom to allocate guest on a busy weekend, is it because we booked through Agoda and not directly to their website? Location was ok.
