Great accomodation - rubbish breakfast.

Great location - huge room.

Breakfast was complete rubbish. Stale pastry, orange cordial, and a couple of old oranges. Cheese wrapped in single slices - like from the packet does not constitute a major food group. The meat (salami) I think, looked like it was dripping in all things not safe to eat.

Very spacious and modern! Great location.

Room needs a fresh paint. A lot of scuffs, marks and paint missing. Cleaning services could be improved. There were grains of rice left on side tables from previous visitors. Reception staff need to be more patient when visitors are signing in. We felt rushed to sign paper work.

Very little choices but pastry is tasty. Coffee was excellent.

Limited parking space in the hotel building and the other one is on a different block. Not very convenient when travel with elder family member or in rainy weather. Carpet and flooring and fabric couch are a bit old and due for renew.

How spacious the rooms were. Absolutely loved the space.

Parking. I didn’t like that you had to park across the road for secure parking. Nor was the pricing fair for parking with how much the rooms costs. Parking price should already be included in the accomodation payment and not at an extra high cost.

Disappointing and tired

Great views and spacious apartment in a good location

Very tired apartment. Had a weird, unpleasant smell - almost like urine doused in cleaning chemicals. So many stains on the carpets and a stain and burn hole on the couch - it felt very grotty. Walls were very marked and had dings. Blinds were dirty, some were broken - not blackout in the bedrooms if that bothers you. There was rubbish stored in the stairwells/fire exit which surely is a hazard in an emergency (this had been removed the next day). Breakfast was abysmal - we chose to go out instead. Parking was super confusing, staff members instructions were very hard to understand but we eventually figured it out. Kitchen floor was sticky. The whole place felt very worn out and didn’t reflect the price we paid.

The 3 bedroom apartment we got was very dirty. There were scratches & marks all over the walls. It was dusty & all of the furniture needed to be cleaned. Considering the $624 we paid it was not worth the money. Would not recommend.

Nice space for a girls weekend, had everything we needed

The club or bars close by, juice was so loud until 3am in the morning. Not great if you’re a light sleeper. Wouldn’t stay here again based on the loud music/bar close by. Otherwise close to everything, and comfortable.

Room and view were amazing. Nice and quiet for being in the city.

Location and size of the room

Extensive night road works immediately outside that we were not told about 6 out of 8 nights. No parking in the hotel despite an 8 night stay. Kitchen facilities not that well equiped -more a kitchenette.

They need to advertise their rooms according to the rooms they give you. Booked 2 executive bedroom expected larger balcony and more spacious but that’s not what we got, we got a beam covering our view lucky we didn’t get the side facing victoria park or facing east.

Spacious suite with stunning views

Spacious room with great views.

Room needed carpets cleaned slight musky smell disappeared when sliding door was left open or aircon left on. Furniture not placed properly in their areas looked as if it had been moved around. Not neat like the photos & sink aerator didn’t drain water in sink. It’s minor things but it down grades the luxury description.

Amazing stay!

I loved the location, how attentive and friendly staff were and most of all our room. It was spacious, clean, had everything we needed and a great view!

I would say the carpark space was very small & narrow to park around and the tv did not have smart tv which we had hope otherwise everything else was great!

Parking available is very handy however comes at an additional cost. But that can easily be taken from the bond you pay at check in.

There were lots of people having parties despite the no party policy that needs to be signed. People running up and down the corridor banging on doors. We couldn't find any extra blankets? The coffee pod machine didn't work.

Room with a great view

This was a great location and easily walkable to the wharf. There was a great view from the room and the room was nicely decorated.

The room was clean but there was a lot of wear/dings/rips on the appliances, kitchen counters, and furniture. Nothing got in our way or affected our experience but it was noticeable.

The property was nice with a lovely manager. Importantly….my bank has confirmed that I’ve been charged twice from my bank account for a 1 night stay. Pls investigate for my reimbursements.
