Perfect, well equipped hotel for a short break!

Location, view from our 31st floor room including the Sky Tower. Quiet and comfortable, excellent bathroom layout and amenities, We stumbled upon Bar Albert by accident - spectacular! Perhaps front desk staff could point this out on check in for those who don’t read the information on the TV! Great concierge to look after our luggage on early check in and late check out. Great breakfast. Tip: if you are getting off a cruise ship, it’s an easy 10 minute walk even with luggage

The parking so expensive, 70$ per day

I booked with breakfast, something gone wrong in booking.com and booked me without breakfast, i just paid extra for breakfast and they didn’t give me anything

One of the best hotels I have stayed in.

Location was perfect. It was a few feet off Queen Street and was easily accessible by bus from the airport. It was also about 5-10 minutes away by foot from Sky Tower. Breakfast was a joy, the rooms were clean and comfortable and the staff were wonderful.

Clean, modern rooms. Great view of the bay and the sky tower from our room. Conveniently located. The rooftop bar/restaurant also had amazing views.

One of the staff members at the restaurant/bar was quite rude, making a big deal of having to find us a table for one drink even though it was quiet at the time and we told them we only intended to stay for under half an hour.

Great location just around the corner from Queen Street, and a stylish modern vibe throughout. The staff were amazing and super friendly! We were invited to have breakfast in the rooftop bar each morning and that was fantastic. Brilliant views of Auckland City and the Sky Tower from our room.

The restaurant (for dinner) was a bit of a let down when it came to the gluten free options which were quite lacklustre, with the gluten free pizza only having a couple of toppings. The room (a deluxe) was also quite small with not much room to move.

Everything, the facilities very new, the view to the sky tower was amazing at night time and all the staff amazingly kind and caring. I traveled with my family, 2 adults and 2 kids and we all loved it!

Really fantastic.

The room, location and service were fantastic. The breakfast exceeded all our high expectations. The service we received from the porters, Lada at the front desk, Shahil at the restaurant during breakfasts, and Sabish the restaurant manager was epic. Currently booking our next stay in this hotel for later this year - no brainer for us as our experience was exceptional.

Enjoyed the stay at the hotel

The staff at the reception were very helpful. We arrived early after a very long flight, we were able to check in early and our room was upgraded which we really appreciated. The room was very comfortable. The staff was always helpful and polite.

They came to clean the room after 5.30 pm on Sunday.
