Cozy and quiet apt perfect and near everywhere!

The place is lovely! Very quiet and no neighbours around. The heat is ok for winter & youve got all you need in the apt. Be mindful that there are stairs and you need to be extra careful! The location is near the metro and supermarket. Customer service was responsive!

The code to enter the building itself could be a little tricky until you get the timing. Id suggest to make more clear where the apt is in the welcome document

In general, the apartment is very nice and clean, everything is available in it, and its location is go

We liked the cleanliness and everything was available in the kitchen and bathroom, we also liked the modern deco of the apartment.

Everything was good just the ceiling was very close to the bed do we bumped our head many times.

Accommodation is conveniently located in close proximity to bakery, supermarket, metro station. In the quite courtyard. Well equipped kitchen.

It was a bit too hot to sleep in the flat, but the weather was exceptuonally hot (30+)

It was hard for me that the room is divided on 3 levels. The exterior of the apartment is alienated.

Maison bien située dans le 7e. Bonne pression dans la douche.

Problème de chauffage à l'étage ne répondant pas à la commande thermostat. Lit affaissé. Les interrupteurs sont très mal placés et certaines ampoules sont à remplacer.

Appartement bien situé, au calme. Déco sympa mais quelques finitions à revoir. Lit fait et serviettes fournies , c’est pratique.

Manque de rideaux au 1er étage. Escalier qui mène à la mezzanine à stabiliser… Parking payant dans la rue (55€/jour)

Bien, bien placé mais lit malpratique.

Appartement joli et silencieux, idéalement situé à proximité de tous commerces et transports en commun.

Le plafond de la mezzanine bien trop bas et les escaliers très raides. Ne convient ni aux personnes âgées, ni aux personnes de plus d'1m80.
