Good for one night stops

It is exactly what is needed for a pit stop in a road trip. Staff friendly towards me and my dog, car parking very secure and easy to access. Room was comfortable and good WiFi.

Area is a bit interesting so I wouldn’t recommend exploring around.

I will never stay at this hotel in the future and I will not recommend it to anyone

not applicable. I was not impressed with this hotel

The beds were spotted with blood. After complaining about it, they changed the room for us but the new room had also the sheets with a few spots of blood. We were very tired to try to change the room again. Their restaurant, even though it was advertised being open for dinner, was actually closed and we were informed that they open the restaurant occasionally, only on holydays or special occasions. We arrived at evening after a very long driving day and there was nothing to eat. I will not recommend this hotel to anyone. It was a false advertising on Booking.com.

Good value for your money

The room was clean, the staff was friendly and the fenced up parking is great, you can access it with a code. Centrum is easily accessible with a bus.

The neighborhood is a bit outside the centrum.

A very pleasant overnight stay in a clean comfortable hotel.

The hotel is modern and well designed. The room was a reasonable size with a very comfortable bed and adequate bathroom. The air conditioning was quiet and very efficient (the outside temperature was very hot) and the sound insulation is excellent. The position of the hotel is perfect, with very easy access to the autoroute and Lyon centre. The hotel has good free secure parking. The breakfast was very good with fresh fruit and orange juice, and a wide choice of food. The staff were very friendly and efficient.

Necessary pit stop on our road trip. Would choose differently next time.

We arrived at 6pm, the restaurant was closed, and there was no food near by. Staff helped get some Uber Eats going. The bar was available for a beer. Breakfast next morning was good. Parking was nice and secure.

A restaurant actually open into the evening on site would be nice. The room was small. The shower in the bathroom was moldy, my wife would not use it. This is probably my fault: looking at the map, it seems the hotel is next to the river. While this is true, there are two tall concrete walls and a highway between the hotel and the Rhone. My thoughts of a nice walk next to the river... this is not that hotel.

A good hotel for a quick business trip, no so for a family stay.

I rented a car in Lyon, and I liked that they had a free parking option. The room was quiet and was cleaned regularly. The location was also nice with a good view of the river, however the area felt more industrial. The hotel had a nice cafeteria and bar where we sometimes spent our time at night, with a piano and karaoke place.

The staff, while helpful, they always seemed busy calling or reading and I had to wait a bit for them to help me (while there were no other customers) they also didn't feel so welcoming and warm. The location of the hotel was far from the city. The room was ok, but it lacked a safe and a fridge, and some lighting.

The room was big enough. The car was still there in the morning, untouched. Given the horrible neighborhood that's not granted at all.

Not much light. The hotel is in a very bad area, full of "racailles": be careful if you leave the hotel when dark. The restaurant was not open: there was only 1 pizzeria near and you had to book, I was lucky to seat and have dinner. Very BAD. The parking place is horrible, to say the least, not closed and not under surveillance!!!
