    This hotel is 2 floors of converted historical building with small rooms. The rooms are clean, vinyl floors and clean bed. However, the toilet and wash basin is a very small room barely fit an average size adult. The shower room is a separate square/room, that as an average adult, you will be touching the sides of the shower. The hotel is at a shopping street next to a park, and people keep yelling at night till 4am.

    We stayed for a night on our way out of Lyon from the Alps. Staff were friendly and helpful, letting us leave our bags so we could go explore after checkout. However, the mattresses are completely shot. It made it very difficult to get a good night’s sleep. This wasn’t a good look, as a place to sleep is essentially the basis of being a hotel.

    Listed on Agoda as having air-conditioning in all rooms, it didn't have air conditioning. I made the booking with this in mind as there was a dangerous heat warning in place. Also check-in was listed as 14:00 on Agoda, they told me to come back at 15:30. Staff were indifferent when I brought this up and they offered no alternative or compensation, just a shrug.
