This was pretty average for me, I had been staying in France for a month and this place was avarage for the price I paid

The bathroom was pretty nice.

Even though it says it says it’s close to the centre, it is pretty high and my heart nearly gave out carrying my suitcase. I advise going there with Uber if you are carrying heavy stuff.

Quiet, good bed, just needs a bit more light.

The bed in the upstairs loft was comfortable and the loft space was generous enough for 2 people. We were happy to have a little fridge, table and 2 chairs for breakfast. We didn't shower but it looked like a good shower in a fairly good sized bathroom. Quiet, no road noise.

The bathroom and entryway was well lit but otherwise there was hardly any light until the sun comes up. Which made it dingy and dark while getting ready in the morning and eating breakfast. Also, the location was just over 30 minutes by bus, which was a bit longer then I'd like. Lastly, I feel communication could have been better. The apartment wasn't available until 4, which is OK, but the welcoming letter said to contact them for info on nearby storage lockers while waiting. I messaged them 3 different times and never heard back, so we ended up traveling around Lyon by bus, dragging suitcases with us. That could have been solved if they had emailed me back with storage recommendations. Lastly, the ladder access to the loft was safe, but wouldn't suit everyone.

Clean and comfortable

Very clean. Bed was comfortable. It was nice to have the air conditioning, this is rare in Europe in my experience. Convenient to have an elevator, also unusual in such an old building. I didn’t really use the kitchen but it seemed well equipped for self catering.

The wifi password was not provided. I could have asked for it I know but I wasn’t there for long so I used my data roaming….but it really should be provided automatically as part of the check in instructions. Also be aware that the building is located on the side of a hill so it can be a bit of a workout getting there with your luggage.

It was clean. we had private sink and bathroom. the owner even put an espresso machine and coffee. he was very friendly and helpful to us.

It was little bit chill. We couldn’t find the AC remote to heat the room. but I guess this is on us.

A gem and a pleasant stay.

A gem, the apartment is well equipped and clean also relatively new furnished also calm with good vibes.The location close to great local cafes and restaurants withing 5 mins walking distance. The host is very friendly and responsive. I will stay again at this apartment for my next visit.

Exceptional

The apartment was exactly as it is in the photos and was perfect. It had everything that was needed and whilst small, the space was well organised and comfortable, it was also very clean. The location was convenient, close to a variety of shops, bars and restaurants and also the metro which was very handy although I mostly walked. Sadly I didn't have much time with the owner but he was friendly and offered to give me any information I might need. Overall I would really reccomend it and seeing as I missed some things in Lyon and will return, hope to stay there again.

L'emplacement est parfait pour l'accès à plusieurs théâtres. Les rues pietonnes avoisinantes sont très agréables. Belle hauteur de plafond de l'appartement et bel aménagement.

Idéal pour quelques jours à Lyon

Très bien situé avec tout le nécessaire et le confort. À deux pas du musée des Beaux Arts et de l’opéra. Si je reviens à Lyon j’espère qu’il sera dispo.
