Central location minutes from many restaurants. Good comfortable bed. There was a massive lamp over our bed which was a great feature but didn't work so didn't understand the purpose. We stayed on the 3rd floor and there was a very unattractive stain on the floor. There were inconsistencies with the staff helpfulness. I had asked the woman cleaning our room to leave an extra towel which she forgot to do. When I got back to the hotel and realised there wasn't a towel I called reception and was told to come down and get it. Whereas the night we checked in the staff on duty were delivering items to guests.
The bar was a nice touch a bit on the expensive side bit views were great.
Summary good, clean hotel that is centrally located and you can get around the city very easily from here.

The manager was absolutely outstanding and helpful on our arrival and then again on our departure-he went beyond the call of duty walking outside to give us directions as an example.
Our room safe was not working properly when we arrived and a maintenance person showed up and fixed the problem in under 20 minutes
Great location in the center of town. A nice terrace bar where we also had breakfast an added bonus
