Overall a good experience in this nice apartment

I liked the layout and look of the apartment and the location.

The bed was bit noisy and creaked with every movement. The lodge was not as soundproof as I thought it would be.

Incredible

The space was very open, we booked the deluxe stay and it fits about 6 people. Everything inside the loge is very thought out; google connects each part of the apartment, the breakfast was ready for you to prepare and it also had multiple vacuums and cleaning devices in case you needed to use them. The staff was very kind to us and when we decided to stay for an extra night they allowed us to use the same apartment we were already in to avoid any issues with our luggage. The price is very fitted yo the quality of the stay. 100% coming back.

The only slight issue we encountered was with the booking chat since we arrived exactly on time on a Sunday and the automatic response took a while to load so we couldn’t access right away to the space, but it seemed more of a booking-related problem than the staff who were very kind to us at all times.

A well appointed apartment, great location and very comfortable.

The apartment is in a great location as it’s in walking distance to the main sights and also next the metro. The apartment itself is so well appointed with everything you need including a good coffee machine and breakfast supplies. The bed is comfortable. Great thought has gone into making the apartment a perfect place to stay. The instructions on how to find and get into the building was clear and very helpful. It was a 2 minute walk to many restaurants and we enjoyed one of restaurants recommended by Lodge de l’ Opera.

Spectacular stay.

This place was excellent! Everything you need when away from home to make you feel comfortable. We appreciated how accommodating they were when we arrived early after being exhausted from a long flight.Breakfast items were plentiful and delicious. Very close to shopping and restaurants.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this accommodation – it truly exceeded our expectations in every way. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the cleanliness, comfort, and attention to detail throughout the space. So many wonderful amenities, hairdryer, hair straightener were a bonus. Everything was thoughtfully arranged to make us feel right at home. The location couldn't have been better, close to the city, yet tucked away enough to offer quiet after a day of exploring. We loved being so close to incredible historical sites, which made our stay even more enriching. Each day felt like a perfect blend of discovery and relaxation. We were travelling through the town with a short overnight stay to Paris. There’s no shortage of great restaurants nearby, either; whether you're in the mood for a casual bite or fine dining, you’ll find plenty of fantastic options within walking distance. This place is a hidden gem – perfect for couples, families, or anyone looking to experience the best of the city with comfort and style. Breakfast was amazing - juice, spreads, croissants, coffee, etc. Highly recommended.

Lovely big box room apartment in the heart of Lyon

Fantastic apartment for a family of four with kids happy to share a double bed. Pictures are accurate. Loads of really nice unseen touches like the breakfast things in the fridge, all the leads needed for charging and the general level of tech. Great location also.

I had my luggage stored, but I was supposed to be told the code for the room where it was kept, and the host didn't give it to us.and I had a host's phone number from host,but it is wrong number. I called another person （he doesn't speak English and really angry ☹️）instead of host.

A wonderful stay in Lyon!

Everything was perfect at this place. Bed was comfortable and and the room was a good size with a loft. They left us breakfast items which was more than needed for 2 people. There was even a hair straightener and a Google home in the bathroom. Centrally located too.

Excellent Stay in Lyon

Fridge was stocked with breakfast items by a very kind young man. He also explained how to use all the European appliances. Having a washing machine was super helpful. Nice to have an AC as well.

We did not see a rack to dry clothes but we managed with hangers and towel warmer rack in the bathroom.

Perfect facility at Lyon!

Everything was well thought. It was perfect for a family of 4 including two kids (13 and 11). Very good space with everything we needed. Location was amazing.

It’s not about not liking but the breakfast was not as good as everything else provided in the facility. The fact this is not a hotel does not provide a better solution but provide frozen breads. Anyway, still a good place to stay.

All and all good eye for detail, the make an effort to make your stay comfortable, but there are a few points of improve

Good sturdy mattress, nice soft cotton bed linen. Easy access to the apartment. complete breakfast. Toys for kids. Centrally located. Very close to a parking garage.

Upper bed too hot- we found out later that the heating was on. But also we woke up in a sweat. As with more apartments these days, the mattress are covered with a water resistant fabric so it doesn’t absorb moisture from your body as it supposed to do. I find that very uncomfortable. And the shutters could not sufficiently close, so the lights in the patio I think, would go on at night and wake us

The lodge is perfectly organized and has everything that a traveler may need. We were impressed with every detail of the lodge and the quality of coffee, breakfast, and amenities. The location is in the center of the city with parking just a few yards away.

The AC is a little loud but it did the job.

- the location - the kids toys to play with - the instructions to make breakfast & coffee - the instructions to get into the unit= very clear

- there wasn’t enough breakfast every morning. There should have been a bread roll & a croissant/ choc croissant every day but not enough bread rolls to go around. - the air con said 16 on the device but more like 30 in the room on some nights.

The coffee machine was out of this world! And the treats/snacks were a surprise and an absolute delight. The pillows were super comfy and it was nice and brightly lit. I like that there was a sheet, along with the duvet and the tv was setup nicely for personal options. Love that a straightening iron was included along with the hair dryer.

Definitely time for a new mattress downstairs and you can feel the slats through the mattress on the top floor. Bit of a bummer.
